The fitters arrived and were honest in their evaluation of the work that needed to be carried out to rectify the leak. They carried out the task in a timely, efficient and professional manner.They were also very polite and extremely tidy, you would not of known they had been there apart from the new plumbing. Work booked: remove and disconnect three underfloor heating thermostats, remove main controller and replace, and check underfloor heating working; and service boiler.

Wayne Gregory paid an initial visit to assess what work was required; he then sent a detailed break-down of the work and cost. Once I confirmed, I had everything booked for two weeks time - this included a first visit by electricians, followed by the heating engineer - and the visits had to tie-in and be done on the same day.

Electricians were excellent - knowledgeable, efficient and very tidy. Removed three thermostats - and then filled in all wall holes beautifully. Sat down and went through how to programme the new unit and checked I was happy that I could operate myself. (They even had a dustpan and brush to clean the floor!)

Then David arrived to review the underfloor heating with his heat-seeking tool - which was so cool. He worked out that one of the floor zones was off, so fixed this at the control source. Then, as he went off to service the boiler, we waiting for the zone to heat up - which it did. Again, very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions (as I was concerned the floor would have to come up). He even re-plumbed my washing machine which had been blocking the major control unit (thank you).

Overall, I'm so impressed and would definitely recommend Gregory P&H to my friends and neighbours. Now that my underfloor heating is working, and is controllable, I should see energy efficiencies over the winter.

I’ve used Gregory’s for many years and all the engineers provide a great service. Dave recently came and repaired my leaking shower and whilst there noticed it was running away slowly so went back out to his van and got something to unblock it, they always go over and above

Excellent Plumbing & Heating company - Gregory Plumbing & Heating did an outstanding job replacing my failing combi boiler and installing two new radiators.
Wayne Gregory visited us promptly and fully discussed our requirements and provided clear and helpful suggestions as to how his company would complete the job. The quote arrived promptly and was very clearly detailed. We were offered an early installation date which was ideal. The work was completed in 1½ days, the two engineers Matt and Matt were both excellent - friendly, helpful, efficient and very professional. They made a special effort to ensure we had hot water in the evening after the first days work. The installation was all completed to a very high standard and at a competitive price. I wholeheartedly recommend Gregory Plumbing & Heating.

The engineer did a great job. Had to replace a sink in the kitchen and renew all the plumbing work in the cupboard underneath. The new sink was a bit bigger than the previous one. He had to enlarge the hole in the worktop a little bit. He used copper pipe in the cupboard underneath and did very neat soldering work. Price as discussed and no extra's. A well deserved 5*. I recommend Gregory Plumbing & Heating to every one 👍

Great to deal with - prompt visits for annual maintenance and excellent aftercare service.

I booked these guys to service my boiler but on the day they spotted an issue which meant that I had to have a new boiler installed. This was booked and the team arrived on time, kept me informed throughout and explained the new system to me. They put down protective covering and cleaned up before leaving. Would highly recommend them.
