Matt O and Matt J installed a Worcester Bosch 4000 boiler and completed additional plumbing works in relation to the job. They were very professional and polite and I am very happy with the end result. I would recommend Gregory plumbing and heating to anyone looking for plumbing and heating engineers.

Prompt, engineers are experienced. Respectful of my home . 10 outta 10 . Highly recommend Gregory plumbing.

Excellent in all respects, Gregory Plumbing and Heating installed a new gas boiler a year ago for me, and at the same time fitted 2 new radiators, The installation was top notch and has been totally problem free.

I needed a new toilet due to my old one leaking. Gregory Plumbing and Heating quickly sent me a quote with a suggestion for a replacement loo and booked in the job when I agreed. The engineers arrived on time and installed the new toilet without causing any damage to the boxing behind or the floor tiles which they warned could happen. They left no mess and took all their waste with them. I have been really impressed from start to finish and will definitely use them in the future.

Their workmanship was superb along with being punctual, friendly, fast, efficient and the most important thing being they were a pleasure to have in the house.

Excellent all round service from the team of heating engineers. We were updating our 40 year old boiler, but this was managed extremely well causing as little disruption as possible. Our carpets were superbly protected and everywhere was kept clean and tidy.

From initial enquiry to completion of work, I have been really happy.
Wayne answered my call, talked me through what he thought the problem was (from my description) & advised a likely cost.
When the plumber arrived (Ollie), I was very pleased to find out that the fault with my boiler was user error.. and therefore a lot cheaper!

I had been trying to find a heating engineer for 4 months to service my boiler. Those I rang and left messages for, simply never replied. I was in despair. I rang Gregory Plumbing and Heating. What a lovely surprise! I could immediately talk to them and arrange an appointment to suit me. They were so helpful.
The engineer, Ollie came promptly and identified two problems, one of which related to the installation of the boiler which had never been identified by any of the engineers in the past 10 years. The other was a potentially lethal fault in a gas pipe. He ordered the parts and returned within a day to fix and service the boiler. I am so impressed that I am recommending this company to all my friends. Not only was customer service excellent but the expertise of the the engineer was impressive. He was also very charming and helpful, showing us exactly what was wrong. Finally, the charge was fair given what was involved. The issue of paperwork was prompt and impressive. I cannot recommend this company too highly and will go nowhere else in future,

Gregory Plumbing and Heating carried out a boiler service and cp12 gas safety certification at a rental property in Plymouth for me. Their communication with myself and the tenant was excellent. The engineer was pleasant, turned up on time and did a tidy job. The company sent me the service report and cp12 certificate the same day and the invoice the day after, so that I did not have to waste time chasing up documentation. The price charged was competitive. Overall an excellent service, I wish everyone I have to deal with was so straightforward and I would recommend this company to you.

I contacted Gregory Plumbing & heating Ltd over the Christmas break for an emergency boiler issue and the boiler was fixed on the same day. I have used Gregory Plumbing & heating for the last 25 years + and the service has always been swift, professional and at a sensible price.
