Efficient and reliable at a sensible price.

Geraint arrived on time and carried out the survey efficiently. No fuss and a pleasant service.

I am very happy with the friendly and professional service I received from the EPC assessor Geriant Jones from Castle EPC. He understood the intricacies of the house house and made sound and practical observations. It was a very nice experience.

Wonderful customer service via email and in person.

Quick and excellent service. Would highly recommend!

Castle epc came on the appointment day and she was very professional and respectful of my property by covering her shoes while she walked around doing her job,she kept us informed about how to make our property more efficient and told us about renewable energy, I would use this Company again.

Quick response, competitive quote, assessor was knowledgeable and helpful in dealing with a larger and more complex property.

Very helpful! Went above and beyond to get us a time that worked for us - highly recommend!

Quick Professional service, would highly recommend

Arrived on time, friendly & efficient service. I’m happy with the floor plan provided. Thank you

Excellent and efficient service from start to finish

Excellent service from Sarah. She was helpful in sharing her knowledge in relation to a property I’m looking to buy, as well as performing my own EPC review very efficiently. I was WFH and she just cracked on, was done in no time. She even didn’t mind my dogs’ lack of personal space boundaries!!

I highly recommend Castle EPC for their exceptional service in producing a new Commercial EPC for my Hotel.

From start to finish, the entire process was quick and efficient. Ioan and Lynne delivered a simple and fast turnaround on the EPC, which was exactly what I needed.

I was particularly impressed by the great communication throughout. They kept me informed and were a pleasure to deal with. If you need a Commercial EPC, look no further – Castle EPC delivers excellent results!

Second to none. Many thanks for the friendly professional manner in which you went about your business.

Had the cert today… 14 month old boiler, heat source pump, solar panels, wall and loft insulation within past 14 months and given a D rating?! Contacted the office told to speak to the assessor direct. Not helpful.
Update returning to discuss and re evaluate. Admitted hadn’t accessed to recently insulated loft or noted the 14 month old heat source pump!!
Called back for reassessment 25/10/25 and today is 30th and no update. Shocking. Requested complaints procedure.

From first contact communications were swift, an appointment made for 3 days hence. The agent, Geraint, came at the appointed time and was very knowledable and efficient. We had our new epc rating 10 days from first contact.
Highly recommended.

Received great service from both the office and the surveyor.

No fuss and a pleasure to work with.

We very much appreciate the fact that the assessor made a second journey on the same day to undertake the EPC. The assessor was professional and the job was conducted in a convivial manner
