Geraint Jones undertook the EPC assessment and was very friendly and professional. He was also very informative, explaining beforehand what he would be looking for and the ratings process. The EPC appointment was only a few days after booking it, the assessor arrived on time, was a very likeable and pleasant chap, got on promptly with the tasks at hand (which included producing a floor plan), and the output was provided to the estate agent the following morning with a link to the online EPC emailed to us. The admin of confirming the appointment and making a payment was all done online and very simple to do. I'd definitely use Crown EPC again and happily recommend them to others.
