Really fast, efficient and friendly service

Central Heating boiler sprang a leak on a Sunday and Gregory's sent out an engineer to inspect within a couple of hours. Unfortunately it needed a new by-pass valve, which they obtained the next day but we were not at home so they fitted it the following day. We were so pleased with their service and we had a nice warm home again. Thank you Gregory's.

We had to have a new boiler as the old one was no longer efficient Gregory plumbing carried out the installation 3 young men led by Jay arrived on time,put down protective sheeting and kept everything clean,they returned the following morning on time and completed the job to a really high standard,we could have not been more pleased with the service that they provided.these men are a credit to Gregory plumbing and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Just had a new boiler after various breakdowns over Christmas and Wayne and his team have been fantastic. Always answered the phone on emergency call-outs. Responded to every communication within less than 24 hrs, even over weekends. Extremely reasonable on emergency call outs, new boiler and labour prices. Just an all round pleasure to deal with. Just recently had my old Brittony Combi Boiler replaced! yes I did have one of those! I know hang my head in shame! So i decided to ask the guys from Gregory Plumbing and Heating to come over and provide a quote to place my trusty and rusty boiler!

So a week later they came and installed my new lovely boiler! and well! what a difference it has made to the overall heating of my home! my Kitchen now is warm! the radiators work so much better with the new Worcester Greenstar unit in place! the guys did such a good job and really fast and did it all in one day! they explained in detail how the new boiler works and just wanted to say many thanks to you! I would certainly recommend Gregory to anyone that is in need of a new boiler.

Gregory Plumbing & Heating have carried out various works for me over the years including the installation of three central heating boilers and associated hot water systems. Not only is Wayne Gregory himself, professional and approachable but he seems to have surrounded himself with an absolute top team of highly professional and efficient tradesman. In particular, Both Matt's Jay and Jack who carried out the most recent installation, together with several additional works were exemplary and together with their young apprentice, Jack, .made sure that the usual high standard of professionalism and customer service was upheld. I have no hesitation in recommending this Business or it's representatives for any gas fitting or general plumbing & heating project regardless of size and scale.

We have never left an online review before but we were so impressed by Gregorys that we thought it was the least we could do to show how grateful we are. Having been messed around by our insurance company over a leaking water pipe under our kitchen floor, things started to improve once we contacted Gregorys. Wayne visited to assess the job and got us booked in quickly for the work to be completed. Matt arrived promptly on the day and then worked efficiently and in very difficult conditions to locate the pipe under the floorboards and mend the leak. All this for a very reasonable price. When our boiler packed up Gregory Plumbing and Heating stepped in and a new boiler was faultlessly installed within 4 days.Very impressed with all the team onsite from the survey to the install,all polite,efficient and knowledgable on the system.cleaned aĺl rubbish and left everything tidy and finished.very impressed and would recommend this local company.I have not used this company before but will certainly use them in the future.

Dealing with this company has been a most satisfactory experience and I am most grateful for the excellent work carried out.

I have now had 2 new Boilers installed by this company both by the same Gas safe Engineer. One for a flat I rent out and One for my own home. The boilers were registered by them for the warranty saving me a Job. The work carried out was excellent, clean, nice tidy pipework. All arisings were removed and the area cleaned. Boilers were commissioned and instructions for use given. I am happy to have the annual servicing done by this company also.

So happy with our new boiler - the guys that fitted it were great and worked hard ALL fitting it
