Pierwszy raz korzystalem z goobal w Polsce. Zostałem obsluzony w profesjonalny sposob na lotnisk w katowitz airport. 🤣 ICH EMPFEHLE

Nie posiadam karty kredytowej, która okazała się konieczna do zablokowania kaucji podczas odbioru samochodu, jednak pracownik na lotnisku w Katowicach pomógł mi z tym problemem. Polecam!

Super obsługa, dostałem nowy czysty samochód. Polecam !

Polecam, auto wydane na czas, czyste. Pracownik wyjaśnił mi wszystko podczas wydawania auta.

Nie nie nie i jeszcze raz nie! Unikajcie ten firmy z daleka. Po pierwsze zamówiłammezowi samochod na dwie doby 450 zl to miało być ok. Przy odbiorze samochodu okazało się że musi być karta kredytowa on takiej nie miałam chcial użyć debetowej hbezpieczenie wzrosło miał zapłacić 1000 zl. Otrzymał samochod brudny... była 3 w nocy nie zwrócił uwagi na cukierki j jakieś patrochy na wycieraczkach... bo dwóch dniach od zwrotu samochodu wystawili fakturę za palenie w samochodzie... gdzie takowego nie było. Przesłali zdjęcia właśnie z tymi cukierkami i patrochami.... zanada... i jak przy odbiorze samochodu nie mogła być karta debetowa takowo przy opłacie za palenie nie mieli problemu z pobraniem bez zgody właściciela!!! Omijać! Nie dajcie się oszukać i naciągnąć!

Don't book with this company.
This people are not seriuous and professional at all.
I bocked the car for 8.00 AM and they open the office at 10.00 AM, I lost a lot appointments.
The cars they are affering are old and a part of this there is no final inspection together with the Global team as they are not there. The game of them just costed me 305,00 € for something i Never did.

If you really expect me to wash the car before returning you are in the wrong business.
Airport car rental companies require customers to wash the car before returning it, I will post this

The car had as much gas as when I got the car.
Got a bad car, need to wash it and add some extra gas for you.

Do not rent a car from these clowns.
They will bill you huge amount of money after you return on false pretense.

I don't understand how a company can have so much evidence of being fraudulent and still operate. I guess it's fine to fook people once they have left the country and have little to do.

They are claiming I didn't provide them the parking ticket. The guy at the counter was busy, I told him we could not park in any of the global parkings as were busy but that the ticket and the car were in spot 5090. He said "No problem at all!".

Unbelievable that they are still operating.

Besides the bad cars, that look much older than they are due to the very low trim levels, they really try to trick you and fool you. In the end, it's not reliable and not worthy the risk. Better to go with a more reputable brand.

I have to say that this car's supplier is the worst that I have ever used. They fabricate evidence and cheat to get money from the customer insurance.

RUN AWAY!!! Just the WORST Rent a Car in the World!!

After I have complained about being charged 30 Euros, for not leaving the parking ticket at the front desk, they found out(!) 5 days after the return of the car (!!) that the car had a scratch on the paint. Which obviously didn't exist. But that didn’t stop them from debiting me 256 euros. SHAME ON YOU!!!

As I said: RUN AWAY. This is not a trustworthy and reliable company!!

Zwróciłem samochód, nic ze mną nie sprawdzali, a potem przysłali maila z informacją, że samochód jest uszkodzony. Kłamstwo, bo zrobiłem zdjęcia i te szkody już istniały. Przypadkowo nie chciałem wykupić ubezpieczenia, które ci oferują. Planowane oszustwo, jestem na etapie roszczenia, zeby nie zostac obciazony.

Od samego początku problemy!
Przy odbiorze okazało się że nie można wydać auta na karte debetowa gdzie nie było wczesniej informacji! A co za tym idzie dodatkowa opłata. Kilka razy było dzwonione zero odpowiedzi. Ostatnim razem próba dodzwonienia oczywiście nie powiodła się. Pisze że punkt wypożyczalni otwarty od 7 po godzinie siedzenia pod wypożyczalnia nikogo nie ma. To samo poprzez kontakt telefoniczny!

Gdańsk Poland - Horribile avoid avoid avoid!!!! It is much safer to pay more and avoid their scam. I already has had bad expierience with them in Kraków, when they force me to but another insurance from them ( I already had full protection) they rejected my credit card it was most expensive rental ever in the middle of the night conviniently.
Obviously I forgotten and rented again. In Gdańsk they charged me for Petrol when I filled up to full 5 min from AirPort ! Replied to my complain with generic e-mail that they will keep the money also charged me for scratch under the front bumper huge amount of money ! Looks from reviews like it is their common scam I cannot believe it! Never again!!! It was good lesson to me I need to read reviews more often now

I was renting a car couple of times from this company from different airports in Poland. But my recent experience was not great. I think I got scammed by this company in Kraków Airport. They gave me a 3 years old car with with nearly 100k on mileage and a lot of scratches and damages on the car already. Apparently when I returned a car they found new huge scratch on the back of roof of the car. The car had roofs rails and the cars roof was slanted so I got no idea how the hell I would cause such a damage. Not recommend.

worst car rental I have experience, they over charged me with hidden conditions, I would never recommend someone to rent a car by them, never had this by Avis or Hertz.

Not the best service but, all in all, it went well, no mistakes or problems.
