To co ludzie piszą o global to wszystko prawda przekonałem się na własnej skórze....naciągacze szkoda tylko że ci młodzi ludzie którzy dla nich pracują dają się w to wciągać .... Uważam że powinni stanąć przed wymiarem sprawiedliwości bo tak się nie powinno traktować innego człowieka ..... zresztą osobiście złożę pozew do sądu.......

Absolutely a terrible company. It takes 25 min each customer to rent a car because they try to cheat everybody. Do NEVER aren’t a car from them

Never use this company. They put lower price on beginning after return they charge you for damage to the car. Scam, scam, scam. Never rent from them. Scam artists. I use them in Warsaw, Poland. Never again.

Ostrzegam przed wypożyczalnia Global-rent-a-car-Poland, szczególnie przed Wypozyczalnia na Lotnisku w Gdańsku. Wynajem kosztował nas ponad 1800zl. Wypożyczono nam starego, huczacego grata, nie nadającego się do jazdy. Opony niemiłosiernie zjechanie, wycieraczki tak zużyte, ze w czasie deszczu nic nie było widać przez szybę. Szarpiąca automatyczna skrzynia biegów. Nie wymieniono na inny mimo wcześniejszych obietnic. Nasze telefony nie były odbierane, e-mail bez odpowiedzi. Paniusia miała dodać do dokumentacji drugiego kierowce i nie dodała. Z powodu zlego stanu technicznego samochodu musielismy zrezygnować z podróży na poludnie Polski. Przez ten niesprawny samochód o mały włos spoznilibysmy się na nasz lot, bo samochod nie odpalił a podobno był serwisowany. Podobno. W środku nocy, ze śpiącym dzieckiem na ręku zamawialiśmy szybko taksówkę aby zdążyć na samolot. Oplaty za taksówkę nie zrefundowano. Napisaliśmy skargę do Obsługi Klienta, dzisiaj mija 6 dzień i żadnej odpowiedzi. Znaleźli jednak czas aby przesłać nam emaila, ze obciążają nas kwota 60zl za brudny samochód. Brudny nie był, a w dniu wypożyczenia samochodu paniusia z wypożyczalni Lotnisko Gdansk zapewniała, ze nie musimy się przejmować sprzątaniem czy myciem samochodu, bo samochód oddajemy brudny a do tego nie uzupełniamy baku. Może jednak dojdą do wniosku, ze za paliwo tez nas obciąża.
Omijać szerokim łukiem te wypożyczanie. Nigdy więcej nie skorzystamy z ich usług, w szczególności z punktu na Lotnisku w Gdansku. Pracujący tam, pan i pani, zapewne małżeństwo to wysoce niekompetentne osoby, bez kultury pracy i szacunku do klienta. Zabawili sie kosztem naszego bezpieczeństwa, żeby nie powiedzieć życia, wypożyczając samochód w złym stanie technicznym. Szczyt bezczelności i chamstwa. Nie polecam. Ostrzegam przed ta wypożyczalnia i odradzam przed korzystaniem z ich usług,

Scam, as the people said above. They didn't accept my credit card because my full name was not on it...only my initials and my surname.( I have called my bank, and they told they don't put full names on their credit cards. So I must pay for their insurance with my debit card, I never have problems with my card. In their rental conditions is nothing that your card must have full name on it .I will never use global rent a car again ... Bookings com was also not so helpful.Please stay away from this car rental

Zostaliśmy okradzeni przez ta firmę i jej oddział w Warszawie Modlin Lotnisko na ponad £1000 zł. Spóźniliśmy się ok godziny po odbiór samochodu ponieważ Straz Graniczna miała problem z naszymi dokumentami i wyjaśnianie wszystkiego trochę potrwało.
Wszystko działo się dzisiaj czyli 27.10 - osoby z obsługi wypożyczalni ( podejrzewam ze jedna z nich był kierownik punktu) i to kierownik przedstawił mi bajeczkę ze Booking już spadł i on nie może nam pomoc bo on jest tylko pośrednikiem on nie ma możliwości wypożyczenia nam auto. Na moja goraca prośbę o pomoc i kontakt z wypożyczalnia stwierdził ze wie jaka będzie odpowiedz ( Bukowanie przepadło ) i nie ma sensu żeby się on kontaktował w tej sprawie. Wierząc w ta bajeczkę skontaktowałam Się z firma przez która bukowalismy notabene numer hiszpański i mimo długiego oczekiwania na połączenie udało mi sie porozmawiać z przedstawicielka biura CarJet przez które bukowalismy samochód. Przedstawiłam jak sytuacja wyglada. Agentka po pierwsze poinformowala mnie ze to oni są pośrednikiem a Global Rent prowadzi wynajem. W moim imieniu skontaktowała się z biurem Global w celu wyjaśnienia sytuacji i próby porozumienia i wynajęcia nam samochodu. Niestety bez rezultatu - panowie nie byli zainteresowani żadna pomocą.
Także zostaliśmy bez samochodu bez pieniędzy dzięki GLOBAL RENT A CaR !!!!

Everything went smoothly - we didn’t have a creditcard and could buy an insurance to avoid the depositum.
Friendly staff in Keflavik airport, Iceland and perfect car. Very happy

Macchine vecchie e brutte, personale antipatico e frettoloso, arrivati in ritardo alla consegna dell auto in aeroporto, alla riconsegna nemmeno si sono presentati dicendomi di lasciare le chiavi sotto al tappetino ..

Tricked me into paying 3 times the agreed price. And then didn’t have a car ready for me. Never ever gonna rent a car from Global again!! Have been waiting for 1,5 hour and still no car. All we hear is 10 minutes 10 minutes 10 minutes 😫😫😫 finally got the car …. With an alarm saying low tire presure loosing 2 Bar pr day. This Company is rotten to the core!!

PROSZE UWAZAC I SZUKAC ARTYKULOW O TEJ ZLODZIEJSKIEJ FIRMIE, OMIJAC SZEROKIM ŁUKIEM. Sa inne uczciwe firmy do wynajmu pojazdow.
Globalki ...Mozecie zgłaszać sobie negatywne opinie, prawda jest taka, ze jestescie nikim wiecej jak oszustami i zlodziejami. proponujecie skladac reklamacje, ktore i tak ląduja w koszu 🤣 a na wielu portalach m.in Wykop pl jest o was wiele zlego. Zastanawia mnie dlaczego polskie lotniska popieraja ten przestepczy proceder i wynajmują wam lokale...chajs nic wiecej...na grupach FB zwiazanych z turystyka skutecznie ostrzegamy ludzi przed wami...

Huur hier géén auto ! Bij de balie op het vliegveld van Gdansk accepteerden ze de creditcard niet omdat hier niet de volledige voor- en achternaam op staat (net of we dit kunnen kiezen). Hierdoor moesten we € 100 extra betalen anders kregen we de auto niet mee. Als mooie afsluiter kregen we via de mail een boete van € 25 omdat we de auto niet goed zouden hebben ingeleverd. Op mail reageren ze niet. Het wordt tijd dat deze tent z.s.m. failliet gaat. Oplichters zijn het !

At the pick-up they wouldn't accept my creditcard (mastercard) because my initials and last name were mentioned on the card instead of my full first name and last name. They could make an exception but then I had to purchase the most expensive insurance package. A real scam and deception, because they let me make the online reservation with the same creditcard without any problems.

PLEASE SOME ONE PUT AN END TO THOSE CONIVING agency and their associates.

On the 15th 08 2021 I booked an 11 days car rental + their platinum insurance waver! and paid with my DEBIT CARD

ON THE 26 08 2021 AROUND 17:45 I was at WARSAW CHOPEN airport to pick up the car

1st of all their car rental supplier (GLOBAL RENT A CAR) DID NOT ACCEPT their insurance when I presented it at their office at WARSAW CHOPEN air port.

(2nd)
They ask me to pay a deposit of e750.00 WHICH I ACCEPTED TO PAY NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL.

(3rd)
I provided them with my credit card in order to pay the deposit as it is indeed and mentioned in the terms and conditions that I had RECEIVED in my e-email.

THE employee of CAR JET'S car rental company supplier named ''global rent a car''
SAID:

''I CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR MASTER CARD BECAUSE YOU NAME APPER AS '''J SMITH AND NOT AS JOHN SMITH.

So no deposit no car.

Then he said to me you can BUY OUR OWN INSURANCE FOR e120 and you do not need to pay the deposit of 750 euro.
He also said to me that to get this tariff of at euro120.00
I STILL HAD TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD WITH MY NAME APPEAR ON IT AS JOHN SMITH AND NOT AS
J SMITH

SCAM EXUSE!!

It is clearly mention in the 'payments under the terms and conditions that:
I can buy their own insurance cover (GLOBAL'S RENT A CAR) and pay with a DEBIT CARD FOR STILL Euro120.00

FINALLY
Because I could only pay for their own insurance by DEBIT CARD as THEY DID NOT accept my credit card for the above SCAMMY REASON.

I said no I can NOT pay you euro 400.00

Then I got NO CAR and my £251.00 GONE!! SO FAR!!

AFTER TWO WEEKS CAR JET STILL INVESTIGATING
They said they are pending for a respond from GLOBAL RENT A CAR

Never rent a car from this company. I can only confirm all the bad experiences from other persons who wrote a negative comment. Big scam, they just search for every possible reason to cancel your reservation in order to make more money.

!!!!DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY!!! Jokers. Cheap SOBs. Charged a cleaning fee to pick up DRY GARBAGE (receipts, wrappers, etc...) after a ten day rental. Never had an issue before with any other agency or in any other country, but these guys made it one! Dry garbage doesn't qualify for "cleaning by other than normal means". And then they proceeded to argue the clause email, after email, after email. Rental cars get dirty. Clean it up. It's what I paid you for. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, they were half an hour late with the car to top it off. Unprofessional and ignorant.

Eerst 1,5 uur na de afgesproken tijd moeten wachten op het vliegveld om geholpen te worden. Dan nog een verzekering doorgedrukt gekregen van 160 euro omgerekend wat voor een nieuwe auto nog te doen is. Kreeg zonder keuze een verwaarloosde Toyota Auris mee waar een aantal dingen aan scheelde.

Polecam wypozyczalnie. W wekend bralismy aut na 3 dni w krakowie, miła obsługa i wygodne auto.

BEWARE ALL ENGLISH DRIVERS! This company is the ONLY company to insist on a International Driving License and if you don't have one (how many if us do?!) they DOUBLE what you are expecting to pay! Scammers, ripoff merchants, thieves! And whats more the car has cigarette burns on the seats and scuff marks on the wingmirrors and fuel flap but more importantly is a VERY loud drive! Dont be lured in by their cheap prices.

I paid a full price for booking and on a place I was told there wasn't any booking in their system. I asked for the car aI booked and I was told it'd been hired a day before my flight! No management or responsibility, very rude ignorant staff! Lost huge money! Never refunded!
