I have been using Gatekeeper to manage my property for some time now. As local, independent agents, I feel that they are providing reliable information based on local knowledge.
I am kept well informed about all aspects of the tenancy; from tenant matters and maintenance, to legislation changes and account information for example.
Lucy and Kenya in particular have been friendly and helpful, providing a personal service whilst also being professional. I am confident that they know me, and also my property well. It is always easy to get in touch whether by phone or e mail.

I had a viewing today which was not the…
I had a viewing today which was not the best - whilst the rep from the estate agent was friendly enough, I was never told that a) the tenants would be in the property, or b) as a result of tenants being in the property that it would not be possible to access all areas comfortably or easily (ie there was a lady praying between the entrance and kitchen, so I couldn’t enter to see the kitchen).
If people are taking time out of their busy schedule to view, they should be confident that the viewing will be of the most benefit for them within that time given.
Again, I do not blame the person showing me around but more transparency by the people placing the bookings would be helpful.

I’m genuinely sorry the viewing wasn’t the experience you’d hoped for, particularly when you’ve taken the time out of your day to attend. We can’t ask tenants to leave their home for viewings, and we don’t always know in advance whether they’ll be in or how this might affect access. We do explain this before entering, but I completely understand your frustration at not being able to see the whole property comfortably. Charlie was great and so helpful
