Excellent service from Dan at Gatekeeper
I instructed Gatekeeper to sell my property in Swindon back in January, and Dan has been fantastic throughout the whole process. He kept me updated regularly even while the property was being prepared for sale, and once it went live on the market it sold quickly — I received an offer of £260k, above the £250k asking price, which I've now accepted.
Dan was always responsive, professional, and clearly knew the local market well. He made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward, and I'd have no hesitation recommending him and Gatekeeper to anyone looking to sell in the area.
Thank you, Dan!
