Daryn Mukoyi was a great when it came to our property viewing, a very welcoming and friendly person. Took his time showing us the property in good detail and was very transparent with all of our questions. A family member of mine was looking at renting a property through Andrews in Tewkesbury via Ava. She was let down very poorly from believing the rental property was hers to then being told they had rented to someone else. My family member was leaving messages for Ava with no return calls back to her. I took my family member to Andrews to which we had a video call with Ava, where she told us the rental properties owners mother was poorly so it was holding things up. We excepted this and was told within 2 days the property was given to someone else because the owner choose someone else to rent it. Does the rental system via Andrews really work like this? A very poor service given. The young man that we spoke to in Andrews was very helpful so nothing negative to say about his great service.

Andrew's staff are always available to help.If in case there is no one to answer the phone, they always call back as soon as they can(same day mostly).
They always respond to the emails quickly.
Andrew's take maintenance seriouly and respond ASAP for issues. They do regular safety checks for instance gas and electricity.
