I used (Gruber) Garratts 30 years ago to build, they are even better now. Lianne Hall answered my many emails, she even had to suffer one melt down over the phone from me and handled it gracefully. Her common sense, confidence and experience stopped me from making rash and foolish decisions due difficulties with my buyer's solicitors. Lianne solved issue after issue, all this while I was working abroad, the Congo in difficult conditions. Lianne Hall gave prompt attention when most needed, backed up by Liz Lane.
