I had the pleasure of having Isaac as my solicitor for our first house purchase and I was blown away with his service.
He was thorough, polite, and fantastic with his communication!
He updated us every step of the way and made this such a stress free experience.

Everything was clearly laid out with no hidden fees, the app they use is fantastic to keep everything all in one place.

I’d highly recommend using GD Solicitors and would definitely ask for Isaac!

What a pleasure to work with this team, we were specifically assisted by Abdul and he wa sgreat
Naturally this process can be quite stressful but honestly they make it easy and talk you through everything.

Gd Property Solicitors recently acted for me in selling & purchasing a new property. We worked with Jamie Humpage who was professional, efficient & knowledgeable throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble for Jamie. The process was fairly tricky as we were part of a very long chain of 7 families. Her communication & persistence at getting the job done was amazing, she kept us up to date at every point of the process. I cannot recommend this company & Jamie enough. Thank you for your exceptional service.

Always pleased with the service and communication from Abdul ! Could not reccomend this case handler enough.

Extremely slow and inefficient solicitors. Ended up wasting my time and spending money and forced to move to a more reliable company. First solicitor who dealt with my case hardly spoke any understandable English then she left and I was assigned with another incompetent caseworker. Better stay away from them.

Abdul did a fantastic job handling the conveyancing for the sale of my property. He was clear, concise and proactive with his communication throughout, and I always felt like I knew exactly where things were up to.

Even when the other party was slow to respond, Abdul was always on the ball, chasing things up and making sure a swift response was obtained at every stage. This really helped keep the transaction moving and made the whole process far less stressful.

Really pleased with the service from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Abdul to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive conveyancer.

I recently completed a home purchase through GD Property Solicitors, and my fee earner, Saydul Haque, provided an excellent service throughout. He was consistently professional, responsive, and clear in his communication. Every query I raised was dealt with promptly and thoroughly, which made the whole process far less stressful.

Saydul kept me updated at each stage, explained everything clearly, and handled every aspect of the purchase efficiently. His attention to detail and calm, reassuring manner gave me complete confidence from start to finish.

He is also currently handling the final Land Registry process for my property, keeping me informed while the registration is being completed. It’s reassuring to know that he continues to oversee this final stage with the same level of care and professionalism.

I’m very pleased with the service I’ve received and would happily recommend Saydul Haque and GD Property Solicitors to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and supportive conveyancing team.

Abdul Iqbal has been a pleasure to work with. As an agent, we aren't always provided with updates but Abdul was great at responding and being total proactive throughout a rather tricky recent transaction. Very professional and a credit to the firm.

GD Property Solicitors dealt with the purchase of my new home. Saydul Haque provided excellent advice throughout the process in a timely manner. This together with their competitive pricing means I have no hesitation in recommending them as Conveyancing Solicitors.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service!

I had a wonderful experience with GD Legal Solicitors, special thanks to Jieyi for her exceptional service. She was fast, professional, and clear in every step of our property purchase. Communication was fantastic throughout, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Jieyi, we exchanged and completed right on schedule. Highly recommended! 🏡✨

GD property solicitors helped me with a property I purchased at auction, we had 28 days to complete. The solicitor that was appointed to me Nivies was excellent, actively contacting me to get forms done and always available when I needed her and because of this we finished before the deadline. It was a real pleasure working with Gd property solicitors, i would definitely recommend using them and I would use them again if I ever need to.

To say our purchase was on the complex side is putting it lightly! Abdul and the team went above and beyond to assist and reassure at every obstacle. We can't thank you enough.

We had saydul as our file handler he was absolutely amazing ! Couldn’t recommend him enough . Will definitely be using him again.

Thank you again

We didn’t have the easiest of experiences with the house we were buying but Abdul went above and beyond to make our purchase as smooth as possible. He was always at the end of the phone if we had any problems happy to help. Would definitely recommend

We are at the top of a chain of only 3. They are at the bottom. What should have been a very simple & quick process has been held up for months causing my mother who is 99, untold distress. Maybe you'll save a few £ but it's really not worth it. Don't. It is now 4 months later.

We were working to a very tight time scale to complete our house sale . Our solicitor Hosai Sadiq was fantastic she worked so hard to make sure we completed on time. You could not wish for any better service she was brilliant
And we were very grateful to her

I don't normally do reviews unless the circumstances are exceptionally good or exceptionally poor, but my experience with GD Property Solicitors was exceptionally good. Saydul had my back every step of the way when dealing with exceptionally poor solicitors called Optima. He was on the ball constantly for me. I definitely recommend this firm 100%.
Thank you GD and especially Saydul!

Won the bit on a house in the auction with a 20 day contract to complete. Two weeks into the completion work the solicitor I was using decided that she couldn't do the work in time , she also claimed that it was the wrong type of loan from her. After looking desperately with very little time left, and being told by other solicitors that the time left was too short, I came across a firm called GD Property Solicitors, spoke to a lady called Shannon. Who, to my surprise said that they will take the work on. She then introduce me to Taimoor Afza (same co. GD Legal) who did a great job within the time frame. it was hard to believe , but he pulled all the stops and we were able to complete without any extra charges. Great job.

Excellent communication. Abdul was responsive throughout the process and was always very quick to follow up with any quieres or concerns. The app sped up the process and I managed to move house incredibly quickly, thanks to Abdul and GD Solicitors.

Very happy with the service from the team especially Abdul... appreciate your help and putting up with me! Thanks again Darren
