GD Property Solicitors Anmeldelser

Amy Konig took over our house purchase when our previous solicitor was closed down. Amy was fantastic and got more done for us in 1 month that we had done in the previous 5 months. She communicated with us at all stages, ensured we met all deadlines and completed for us in time within a short time frame. She responded to all our queries quickly, gave us regular updates and eased our concerns. Amy simplified the process to us as first time buyers and was always happy and available to help. I would highly recommend GD Solicitors and Amy Konig to anyone purchasing a property.

We have just completed our move using GD Solicitors. Our agent Hosai Siddiq managed everything tremendously. We was in a chain with a few houses and she managed to get things completed so much faster than expected, I highly recommend her skills and knowledge

It was a pleasure dealing with GD Property Solicitors. Abdul was tireless and always helpful and obliging, even though we were completely new to the process of buying a house. I can only recommend this company and its solicitors.
Thanks for everything.

I had an excellent experience with Hosai Sadiq and GD Property Solicitors.

My case was quite complex, but they handled it with professionalism, attention to detail, and strong commitment throughout.

They kept me informed at every stage, responded promptly, and ensured the process moved forward despite the challenges.

I truly appreciate their support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient legal services.

Bought, sold and now buying again using GD Legal. Jieyi has been brilliant throughout, can’t recommend highly enough. They provided a professional, responsive and diligent service. Thank you!

This company lost my decree absolute whilst this was due to Royal Mail. They made it my problem. No offer to apply to courts for a new copy of my decree absolute and supply a copy of birth certificate. They left it to me. Given they are dealing with a sale and purchase impression so far are bad. Made little effort to contact me for searches on buying property

2nd time I have used this company . Each time Hosai Sadiq has been Amazing. She is so friendly it was a pleasure speaking to her, also very professional and did everything she could to make our completion date happen. Kept me informed all the way and answered any queries quickly. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again. Thank you Hosai.

Shahla supported me with my Transfer of Equity and i couldn’t fault a single part of her service. Nothing was too much for her and she answered all my questions, no matter how silly they may had been.
If I ever need a solicitor again, you guys will be top of my list!!

I just want to say a massive thank you to Hosai! She was so polite, very easy to communicate with, kept me up to date whenever I asked or didn’t ask for an update and ensured I had a speedy process. I am very pleased with GD property and would definitely recommend!!

I was introduced to GD Property law by my mortage broker with just few weeks left to complete my purchase. I had a very limited time frame for completion. My case agent Hosai, had been very supportive with getting all the paper work together and corresponding with the necessary people to get everything completed on time. I truely appriciate your support Hosai.

Really pleased with the service I got from G D Property Solicitors. My conveyancer was Abdul Iqbal and he was fantastic for the whole process. Kept me up to date with information, was quick to reply to emails. I will always use this company going forward if I move house again.

DG property solicitors were brilliant when buying from auction. I would especially recommend Jieyi Xie for making the completion date on time, against the odds.
