Angela Smith of Garratts dealt with the estate of my late father in a professional, efficient, manner. My father died on December 14 2023. I had my first meeting with Angela on January 12 2024, and by August 30, everything to do with the estate had been completed. I only had to meet Angela once more during the entire process. At the same time Garratts handled the conveyancing on the sale of my father's house, which had been completed by August 16.

Can not recommend Sarah Houghton enough, helped me over the past three nearly four years with my negligence claim for my late son. It’s been a hard journey! Sarah has been so professional but beyond that she has been caring and supporting throughout the whole process!

its around 18 months after completion , just received a request for additional money for land registry fees because they are useless at their jobs. i am expected to pay for their mistake and after paying a full and final bill.(Add on) Due to health reasons its been around 2 months before I could call into office, Sheila at reception ,who was really nice and patient with me explained not to worry and she would get someone to phone me.A lady did later that day explained every thing.The problem was due to the land registry office, and she was sorry about the invoice being sent out and not to worry .The bill was cancelled due to their error and was very apologetic.I appreciate this very much and because of this I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

My experience with them was absolutely awful, I have messed around for month, and was unable to get them to call back to arrange time to site with me to go through the case and statement, the solicitor was absolutely not prepared or ready for cross examination. Which made me loss my case! Absolutely neglecte and stress it has caused me to not be able to trust them. It someone life on the line and they only care about the money they need to make rather than presenting in court to defend there client. I wouldn’t even want to give them one Star!

Really can't thank LISA SCOTT. enough .for dealing with the purchase of a property ..she took the stress away from start to finish ..which was very quick ..always on the end of the phone to deal with any questions. Would highly recommend...

My husband was pursuing a clinical negligence claim. Sadly he passed away before it was concluded. I continued the claim but later decided to not pursue it any further.
