Unfortunately due to various challenges with the lease it took nine months to complete.

The service provided by Lauren and her team was excellent. They were always very objective and offered the best advice and actioned accordingly to complete the process.

We have used Garratts Solicitors numerous times over the years when we have purchased/sold property.

Our most recent sale wasn’t as straight forward as previously, due to an issue with a leased area of the garden that needed extended/purchased before we were able to complete the house sale. It was also a challenge as we no longer live in England so all contact was by email or phone.

Lauren, our solicitor was very helpful and professional from start to finish. She offered advice on how to make contact to get the ball rolling. Unfortunately, it was a very long drawn out process and very stressful and challenging at times. This was out of Lauren’s control. She reassured us, and eased my worries on many occasions due to issues with the freeholder, even on her days away from the office. We are very grateful for Lauren’s help and professionalism from the start and we will be using her again in the future should we purchase a home again back in England.
