OnPoint Solicitors are very great, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Aleks handled our case, and he was excellent from start to finish. He dealt with our purchase with great care and made sure we were covered at every stage. He was always clear in his explanations, and throughout the whole process it felt as though he had our best interests at heart. He was very professional and extremely quick, and the entire process took only around 3 months.

I chose ONP because it was recommended by a friend and because they stated they worked with shared ownership properties.

My experience was positive especially initially, however as with Most property transactions some hiccups come along the way.

It was difficult to distinguish who was causing the inefficiencies as it was a complicated transaction (shared ownership).

I.e delays caused by the builder, the managing agent, the sellers solicitor or ONP.

The only thing I would say could be improved upon is the communication.

Better transparency and increased communication would to a long way.

Apart from what felt like being kept in the dark at times towards the end of the transaction, the rest of the process was smooth and ONP supported heavily along the way.

As a first time buyer I had plenty of questions for them and plenty of emails sent their way.

They were happy to help through out but keep in mind they are probably working on a few transactions at a time.

The app was cool too.

Overall transaction took from beginning of June to end of October.

Delays were due to:
seller not having the title deed and having to chase up land reg.
housing association not ready to complete.
Enquiries not replied to.

Yeah I recommend them, they were good, everything was fine throughout but towards the end, myself and the seller became a little frustrated due to the delays (not necessarily the fault of ONP at all) but we got there in the end and everyone’s happy.

Positive experience. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, with quick responses and appropriate enquiries raised throughout the conveyancing process. I felt well supported and would happily work with them again.

I have used ONP on several occasions, now. Each time their lawyers have been professional, knowledgable and efficient, They have responded to queries the same day and have kept me up to date with progress. Their interactive portal is also easy to use and is accessible. I highly recommend them.

This is my second experience of ONP solicitors. Once again a five star experience. Kept up to date at all points of my house purchase (by Emily) who was attentive and on the ball whenever I reached out with a question or query. Many thanks and I would recommend without hesitation!

We recently completed our house purchase with ONP Solicitors, and I would like to particularly thank Hayley Timms for her professionalism, competence and support throughout the process.

Hayley was knowledgeable, thorough and professional in handling our conveyancing. She demonstrated a good understanding of the process and dealt with our enquiries carefully, which gave us confidence throughout such an important purchase.

The ONP app was another great feature. It made tracking progress, accessing documents and keeping up with updates much easier.

I was also impressed with the continuity of service. When Hayley was unavailable, the handover was handled very well. Even on the day of completion, another member of the team stepped in and ensured everything was dealt with smoothly, without any unnecessary disruption.

A truly excellent service from start to finish. This is the second time that we have been back to Oliver for conveyancing and he never fails to deliver. He is incredibly efficient, helpful and tenacious and makes sure that things get done quickly and effectively. His communication is second to none.

I used Oreva at ONP solicitors for both the sale of my property and the purchase of my new house. The sale has now completed and all I can say is how impressed I am at how quickly and smoothly the whole process went. Oreva was always just a call or email away if I needed to ask her anything. Nothing was too much for her. And if she was away, a colleague was always available if needed. In addition, ONP use an app to send documents and check at what stage you are at.
I would definitely recommend this company if you are buying or selling a house.
