I’ve sent two emails, no replies, had to pay a 114e custom fee as the shoes were made in Italy but transiting from the Uk.

I have been 10 days since I bought and I do not have any information about my purchase and according to the DHL express page a shipment has been generated but still they do not receive anything and it appears that it was generated on July 1 and that it is in Bristol. I would like to know where my order is or if it is on its way

Absolutely Love these shoes. My new favorite pair. Use a long shoe horn when putting these on, fits snug and perfectly wrapped around my feet.

Stunning boots and excellent customer service!
Initially the boot that I was looking for (luca concealed, 40mm) was out of stock, but after contacting them via their instagram page, it just so happened that they had one last pair during the mid year sale (returned, perfect condition). They were very quick with replying. 10/10 customer service
Although this boot is my most expensive fashion item purchase so far, I do not regret it. It takes a bit of time to break in but was really worth it as I feel a lot of pleasure and confidence everytime I put on the boots. If you’re looking for a value, versatile boot, FTF is the place that you’re looking for.

I’m super disappointed
I’m super disappointed with the boots I got and not because the company is bad or the boots are bad but because they are so narrow and tight. I can’t even get them on and my feet are just wider than a medium size so I don’t understand. My partner with broad feet also tried them and could get barely get in but was at least able to because he is a size lower. I researched extensively and have been saving money for these shoes for ages. They are in my size (EU46) but there is no way to make them work. I tried everything I can without wearing them in or ruining them so that I could try return. I’m trying to get them refunded but was told by the website and the paper I received that I could only get store credit. But what is the point of store credit if the biggest size doesn’t fit and they are basically all out of my size in all other shoes. Am yet to hear back from anyone about if I can send them back and get a refund. Effectively I’ve just waisted 550 dollars with no guarantee yet if I can do anything about it. Very disappointed. Don’t get me wrong the shoes are stunning but if you have wide feet steer away these are made for thin bones and narrow feet.

Boots are nice but not the service
The boots are very nice, and it goes really well with my style. The leather is definitely top notch. The reason I gave them 3 stars is because of the poor customer service. I emailed them with a question regarding the boots I’ve purchased, but I did not get a response. Very disappointed in them. If they want to grow their company then they are definitely going to have to step it up. I don’t think I’ll be willing to purchase from them again.
