I really rate Other. Their clothes are unique and well made. Always happy to shop with them.

I discovered Other UK last summer and have since ordered several items - a hat and a T-shirt - which arrived to the USA amazingly fast and, more importantly, are of amazing quality. Thank you!

I placed an order with Other UK (Order WEB62028), and the item I received does not match the product shown on their website.

The differences are not minor:

* The color is significantly off
* The print appears to be missing a white underbase, which completely changes the look
* The fading, distressing, and hole details shown in the product listing are either inconsistent or missing entirely

This isn’t a case of slight variation—it’s effectively a different product.

I’ve already contacted their support team with clear photo comparisons and am waiting on a resolution. At the time of writing this review, the issue is still unresolved.

If this is a one-off mistake, it should be handled quickly with a proper replacement or refund. If not, then there’s a serious issue with product accuracy on their site.

I’ll update this review depending on how they respond.

Update zu meiner vorherigen Bewertung. Nach 13 langen Monaten hin und her, sowie meiner letzten Bewertung, wurde erst durch hartnäckiges Nachhaken beim OTHER Kundensupport sowie bei dem Zahlungsabwickler „Global-E“ die Rückerstattung per Banküberweisung veranlasst und ausgezahlt. Der Shop nimmt Retouren zwar entgegen, der Rückerstattungsprozess ist jedoch sehr schleppend, intransparent und äußerst nervenaufreibend. Wer hier bestellt, sollte mit erheblichen Verzögerungen bei Retouren und Refunds rechnen.
Ich habe mein Geld nun zurück – allerdings erst nach über einem Jahr und sehr viel Aufwand.

Quality rock clothes.

Usually these sort of styles you make do with cheap and badly fitted clothes. These guys do it right imo.

Ordered a Motley Crue tee and a biker leather jacket. OMG! OtherUK exceeded my expectations in all regards. There was a short delay on the jacket, the customer experience team reached out to me offering me options. The order arrived within a week from UK to California. The shirt and leather are both amazing! The price points, descriptions, and quality easily exceeded my online purchase expectations. Very highly recommend! I will definitely purchase from OtherUK again and often! 🤘

Please read the other reviews and do not order from this company. Ordering a "high quality" shirt from this company was a huge mistake - the product lacked in quality for the price I paid. Customer service will ignore or gaslight you, and never actually assist - they only respond if you report them to your credit card company or complain through the SHOP app. OTHERUK will still NOT issue me a partial refund me, after trying to email to customer service for months, in regard abiding by their OWN price match policy. This company is so sketchy that they flag bad reviews, instead of correcting issues that I (as well as many other customers) have had. I have never experienced customer service this bad. Stay away.

*I want to note that the gift card was revoked by the company, so it was unusable, & also that I requested a refund that they refused to give, as I stated I would never shop here again.*

I purchased two items from Other. One was sent about 3 weeks later, and the other was not sent at all. The item they sent was horribly made and not worth the money. I requested a refund the same day, but they declined it and gave no reason. I emailed on several occasions with no reply. Customer service is nonexistent. In the end, I had to take legal action to get my money back. I've also reported this company/brand. I hope my review helps prevent others from having the same experience.

Picked up a jumper sweater from them after eyeing it for a long time. Delivered pretty quickly especially considering it was international.

Item was exactly as a I hoped it would be and I will be doubling up on it in the future :)

I haven’t received my order I placed 2 months ago. Customer service is non existent. I’ve had to raise an issue with my card provider.
