I discovered Other UK last summer and have since ordered several items - a hat and a T-shirt - which arrived to the USA amazingly fast and, more importantly, are of amazing quality. Thank you!

Original high quality clothes
The branding, imagery, the originality and the aesthetics making shopping with this company a real experience. The jumper quality is great with a nice heaviness to it and I love the skull logo. Nothing else like it out there. The packaging even included the skull and the company branding. I love the attention to small details

I don't care about the points I lose if I leave a review but I really like this company. A big advantage as a woman is that you can be rock and feminine with Other. Not to mention the quality and service. Rocking until the end🤟

Buyer beware with this brand
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I saw the social media glossy photos, and placed an order in July 25. One item was far bigger than anticipated so followed the refund policy and sent it back. Got email acknowledgement of refund in early August and since then... nothing. Sent emails - had a couple of responses from 'Max' saying how they'd look into it... nothing. I was willing to wait, as their emails said how they were a small independent, but in Sept messaged their IG and got an automated response - and my heart sank as it was the same automation as their emails and contact form. Also their ads on IG do not have any comments public... seems very odd. So far no one is answering any of my messages and I doubt I will see this refund.
I'd say yes, the clothes look great and I like the ones that have turned up and fitted, but be wary with buying anything that could be iffy on sizing (trousers etc) and anything too expensive, as this company do not process refunds despite their 'policy'.

Guys please don’t order from this sham of a company my experience is honest shocking I’ve never ever in my life seen a company ran like this
Ok so first of all my initial first order took over a month of be “ allegedly “ sent via Royal Mail only to find out after a week there had been no update on the tracking number they gave me , a then after 3 weeks of pestering them , they gave me a store credit for my 8 items that had been allegedly “ lost “ In the mail ,
I have then used that credit to order the items again to then have to wait another full two weeks for my order to be mailed and guess what I’ve only received 5 of my items that look nothing like the images btw
Absolutely the worst run company ever
If you buy from them you’ll only be disappointed also customer service is god awful

No refund after 2+ months – avoid if possible
Ordered a leather jacket in July, returned it within their policy using their prepaid label. Return was confirmed received on 21st July.
Since then: nothing. Multiple emails, always promised "14 working days" or vague responses. Last message claimed they issued a gift card – never received it, never agreed to it, just want my money back on my card.
It's now late September. Over 2 months for a simple refund that should take 2 weeks max.
Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Rapid decline of a once brilliant brand.
I used to rate this brand very highly and have ordered from them for years. Unfortunately, in recent years the deterioration has been drastic.
Customer service is woeful, the returns policy is questionable at best, and there’s been a noticeable drop in consistency and product quality. I persevered for a while because I love the concept, but it’s clear the company no longer cares about its customers.
Sizing has become unreliable—I’ve had to return multiple items because they vary so much within the same product line. What’s worse is the sneaky introduction of a no-refund policy on certain products that you can’t try beforehand. That’s the final nail in the coffin for me.
Most recently, I ordered a Clash tank that arrived in a cropped style, completely different from all the other tanks I’ve bought. I was told it can’t be returned, and I’m not entitled to a refund. Sketchy.
After years of loyalty, I can’t support a brand that operates like this anymore.
No refund after over four months
As a customer of OTHER for several years, I'm genuinely gutted that I'm even having to write this review, but – after being shafted out of a refund for over four months with little to no communication from the company – I've been left with no choice.
On 28/04/25, I received my order containing two pairs of jeans – one pair seemed a different length and fit compared to the other, so I opted to send these back. As per OTHER's return policy, I requested a return and refund via their online portal.
On 29/04/25, I received an email stating that a return was accepted for the jeans. I then sent the item back via Royal Mail on 01/05/25 (which I still have the proof of postage receipt of), and got a “Return Received” email from OTHER on 08/05/25 saying that my refund would be processed in the coming days.
It's now been over FOUR MONTHS and I'm yet to receive a penny of this refund.
I submitted a query via their online form in the weeks following their "Return Received" email asking where this was up to, followed by multiple follow-up emails, all of which went ignored and unanswered. They did, however, find the time in June to email me asking to leave them a review on Trustpilot – presumably to bring up their rating following all of the one-star reviews from customers having the same experience as me.
Only after sending yet another email on 28/08/25, where I mentioned leaving a negative Trustpilot review if this went unresolved, did I finally get a response back, within a few hours no less (funny that).
However, rather than apologising and sorting the refund, I was asked what I needed help with (despite this being laid out time and again over four months) and was told – falsely – that "the team have issued a gift card as a refund". This simply isn't true as #1 – I do not have the gift card and there's no sign of it on my OTHER account, #2 – I have never been told that a gift card has been issued until now, and #3 – I've been entitled to a full refund to my original payment method this entire time, so why would I be given a gift card?
After following this up with several emails, I'm back to being ignored – hence me writing this review.
What's strange is that – credit where it's due – they HAVE issued a refund for a different order I placed back in July, but my refund from April is still unresolved.
Again, it's a real shame that I'm having to write this review, as I've been an avid fan of the brand, its clothes and its style for several years now, but this whole experience has completely soured my view on the company. I've given them plenty of chances to put this right over – to stress – the last FOUR MONTHS, but I'm still out of pocket, hence me resorting to Trustpilot.
In addition, the quality of clothes in the most recent order I placed is noticeably worse too – the material, fit and sizing is all completely different to similar items I've previously ordered through the brand, which is a real shame.
All of the above is meant as constructively as possible (despite my frustration), and I genuinely hope OTHER are able to finally resolve this issue and take this feedback into account going forwards with their customer relations.

Do not order from this site. Like many others i have returned 2 items, contacted them multiple times, no response or refund and they have received the items back.
I ordered two T-shirts from the same…
I ordered two T-shirts from the same range, both of which had the same sizing listed on the website. When they arrived, the sizing was completely different, with one being so small it looked cropped. Despite the sizing issue on their end, I had to return the item at my own expense and I’ve now waited almost a month for a refund.
The frustrating thing is the clothes are high quality and look great, but you don’t know what size will turn up, and if there is an issue, it takes five days to get a response from customer services. I’ve been buying from them size 2019 and always have the same issue, and anything I now buy is highly considered because of the issues if the item isn’t right.
They may be an independent brand, but they are collaborating with some of the world’s biggest bands and advertising heavily on social media. Being independent is not an excuse for poor customer service.
