I had ordered an Industrial stainless steel choker necklace in the sale... very cool and great price.
After a few days wearing the necklace the lobster clasp that attached the chain broke.
I contacted customer service and after sending some pictures of the broken clasp they sent me a new chain.
Great customer service and one of the reasons I remain a loyal OTHER customer.
Thanks to Ruby and all the wild ones at customer service

Unique styles, and the quality of their clothes is exceptional.

I've been ordering from this company for YEARS.
IT'S A GREAT PRODUCT...IF THEY ACTUALLY EVER SEND IT.
The quality of the clothing is SUPERB, with some pieces in thick, pure cotton, distressed to absolute perfection.

Here's the thing: it can take MONTHS for your order to arrive because it's not actually available (and it shows on website as available to arrive in days).
THEN THEY MAY JUST CANCEL THE ORDER BECAUSE IT'S JUST NEVER COMING.

Customer service works if you can get them to respond. You must keep trying to reach them. Never give up.
HERE'S A TIP; ALWAYS USE PAYPAL in case you ever need TO OVERRIDE THEIR SLUGGISH OR UNRESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE (if they don't refund your return or unsent items timely. Other has taken over a month to refund a return, so buyer beware.)

Whoever is running this company, respectfully, please get things stocked properly, and shipped tlmely, and get more customer service representatives.

I Ordered a shirt in October it’s now December.
When I chased up I was told it was a “pre order item” in other words “we haven’t even made it yet” this was not stated before I paid.
Feel free to reply to this review other clothing as it’s impossible to get a clear answer.
I’d like my £160 back please.

I was really hesitant ordering having seen the reviews.... however... i took advantage of the BF sale. The items are class, the size guides are spot on, the products are as good as the photos, and the delivery was fully tracked and speedy. I would come here again without hesitation

Wow, someone who speaks in full sentences has replied! Clearly not the same customer service associates who spoke with me.

Yes, very good, you read through my email exchange with RUBY, and YES, the cancellation request came BECAUSE YOU FAILED TO SHIP THE ITEM WHICH WAS IN STOCK (after sitting for 9 days) and then said I had to wait another 3.5 weeks! (Did you miss that part?) A DHL shipment label was *created* but never shipped (the jumper was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days as stated on the website!) 



THAT IS YOUR FAIL, NOT MINE!



At any rate, I requested a cancellation at that point, and it was completely ignored in RUBY'S reply (hence the need for a bank card dispute!)

Let's not forget this is the SECOND time I had to get the bank involved, and I’m not about to repeat the first awful experience which dragged out for weeks.

So please don't try and frame this on me! Feel free to work it out with the bank as they’ve issued me a credit and they have the entire email exchange as well as this link with the other 300+ customers who have posted and shared their one-star experiences with OTHER UK!

MAX and RUBY have both provided perhaps the worst customer service on the internet. I've made 3 purchases with OTHER UK and i've had to dispute 2 of the transactions and charges with my credit card company because of their failures.

After an exhausting 10 day back and forth email exchange MAX ended up apologizing (only after the bank stepped in and stopped payment) but they did eventually refund and ship out the correctly sized Bolero after admitting the error was theirs (mislabeled sizing/manufacturing error,) so i decided to give them another chance.. BIG MISTAKE on my part! NOW, another nightmare has begun with customer "service?" rep named RUBY.

Lesson learned, I promptly requested that RUBY cancel my entire unshipped order rather than deal with their BS and process. They ignored the request so i immediately stopped payment with my bank yesterday.. OTHER UK can deal with them now.

At any rate, after 2 abysmal customer service experience fails. Never again will i spend money with this awful company. Flippant. Arrogant. Dismissive responses OVER THEIR ERRORS and failures. It's unbelievable how bad they are!

In a nutshell: I would strongly advise against spending money at OTHER UK. Fortunately, my bank has just issued me a $271 credit for two non-shipped items (belt and jumper) and are investigating the email exchange which i've forwarded (I also provided this trust pilot link with all of the other abysmal customer service reviews for OTHER UK..)

So no loss here, but as mentioned this is the SECOND time OTHER UK has failed abysmally. Brands don't get a third chance with me..

FOR THE RECORD: I'm not dissing their clothing. Admittedly, I'm not into their screen printed $80 metal band t-shirts, but I actually do like their non-screen printed clothing and accessories (i.e. belts hats, leather, pants, jackets, etc) but lets be clear, it's NOT inexpensive clothing and there are plenty of boutique shops on the internet that actually value their customers. Unfortunately, OTHER UK is not one of them.

If you're unsure.. Read through the reviews here. Of the 660 posted reviews over 350 are 1 star negative experiences. That should tell you all you need to know about OTHER UK.

My first purchase from OTHER following a recommendation from a friend who is a big fan of this brand. I was not disappointed, the two Motley Crue t-shirts I ordered were superb quality and a great fit. I’ll be back!

Always great service from Other. Quick dispatch and delivery. High quality of goods is a bonus. Will continue to purchase from them and can definitely recommend to those looking for something a little different to adorn their wardrobe.

Exercise EXTREME CAUTION puchasing from OtherUK *especially* during BLACK FRIDAY & XMAS periods - where they may not honour refunds or exchanges. Fact.

These guys don't deserve a star. Except maybe the poor employee who is made to respond to all these truthful trustpilot emails. I'm not in the business of sliging rubbish on brands - I'm just being honest & trying to protect innocent customers from experiencing what I did.

I have a lot of experience working in fashion and have never had an experience as truly upsetting as this.

Before you buy anything from OTHER UK - especially during major sales like Black Friday be warned: this brand does not reliably process refunds or exchanges. If you return an item, you most likely will never see your money again.

My Experience:
I purchased a jacket from OTHER in May 2025 (this year). The item was out of stock, and I was promised a refund. I followed every step in their return policy to the letter - shipped it back immediately, tracked it, and received confirmation it was delivered.

Despite this, I never received my refund.

Their only customer service contact -“Max”- AKA Houdini responded with brief, vague emails, then stopped replying entirely. I was eventually blocked from emailing them. I created a new address just to try again-same pattern: a short response, then nothing.

I even called their business number. A man answered who sounded dazed out, from some Camden slumber or something and claimed he no longer worked there. I contacted the company’s founders on Instagram and LinkedIn-no reply.

Resolution Only Came Through a Bank Investigation:
After months of being ignored, I had to open a formal chargeback through my bank. Only after the bank completed its investigation did I receive my money back.

Final Thoughts:
OTHER presents itself as an independent, edgy fashion brand- but this was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. If my bank hadn’t stepped in, they would still have my money.

Do not buy from this brand unless you are prepared to lose your money.
Returns are not honoured. Communication is evasive and abonxious - nothing like what *real rockinroll* is actually meant to be about.
Proceed with extreme caution.

I ordered a jacket and a t-shirt back in August. They told me they were out of the jacket and offered a different one. I declined and asked for a refund, which they promised. They never shipped anything, and they never provided a refund. Since then the email exchange has been ridiculous. I've received emails from people calling themselves Ruby, Rocky and Roxy. Once, someone said "my name is Rocky and I'll take care of this for you," but the signature block said "Roxy." Once I received an email saying "good news, your bandana is back in stock and will ship shortly!" Of course, I never ordered a bandana. Most recently someone calling themselves Ruby asked for the order number, but it's been in the subject line forever. After reading these reviews I know better. They're a complete scam and they know it. A month ago I initiated a complaint with my payment source, so it will eventually be resolved. Ridiculous.

Extremely underwhelming. I bought the black cords 30-reg. Arrival was on time but the quality isn’t worth the price. The legs are far too long and I have pretty long legs. The waist size is also too big and I’m definitely a 30. However I will keep them and get them tailored. The return/refund is nothing but a hassle.

Great clothes with garbage customer service.
I get it that refunds are best avoided and the process is deliberately stacked against the customer to deter refunds, so that it's not free postage to return stuff etc. but I've recently had to exchange something, which was due to it being the wrong photo on the website.
I'm still waiting for my exchanged item, which is now over 3 weeks since I requested the exchange.
Customer Service emails might get a response in 1-3 days. Nowhere near good enough.
These clothes deserve better.

Have multiple items from Other over the years. The T shirts are great quality and get better with age and I have several of the caps too.... Most recently I bought the Other Vintage Baseball cap and love it.

Never had a problem with the service or communications from them 👍
