I adore Other UK. They’ve easily become my favorite clothing brand over the last few years. I’ve never had an issue and am always surprised with how quickly they get my orders sent out (and how quickly they arrive as I’m in the US). The clothing is always quality and this is a brand I’ll stick with for life. My last few orders (a tee, a pair of flares, and a leather trucker jacket) may be my favorites from them yet! Next level items, service, and people. Already eyeing my next purchase!

I started with a leather jacket: the super famous DEUCE biker jacket and loved it so much I immediately went for another one: the KAGAN. And for a leather pant to complete the look! And for a pair of jeans right afterwards! I trust you got my point: OTHER is among the very, very few super trustworthy quality clothing brands to be followed on the internet!! The quality of the clothes is near perfect and the design is precisely what you pay good money for! Thumbs up!

Nightmare Experience — Don’t Touch Them
This company is a complete nightmare. Customer service is nonexistent, incompetent, and entirely indifferent. Every interaction is a waste of time, and dealing with them drains your energy and sanity. Avoid at all costs. This is hands-down the worst customer experience I’ve ever endured in my life.
A total disgrace.

Pretty terrible experience to be honest. I ordered two sizes as I wasn’t sure which size would be better with the intention of returning whichever I didn’t like. I decided to exchange for another colour with the size I liked. Easy right? No. So for whatever reason they don’t offer their own returns, you have to organise it yourself (don’t know any other clothing companies that do this) with the offer of ‘instant refund’. My return was then flagged as unable to be delivered on the first day because nobody was there and when they delivered the second time other told me that it hadn’t been received despite the map showing their address and confirmed via tracking that it was there. I then received back and forth emails with customer service resulting in me having to make a claim via DPD who couldn’t help much as they had evidence of it being delivered. Overall around 3 weeks of chasing for them to magically email me saying my return had in fact arrived and they were processing the exchange.
Don’t feel it’s worth commenting on the clothing because I’ve only really seen one item which I think for the price is poor quality but the overall service and confidence I get from them means I wouldn’t shop here again. I’m clearly not the only one who’s had issues based on other reviews so no idea why they haven’t tried to change their system. I’m hoping the exchanged item is okay otherwise I might have to personally deliver it back to them for my ‘instant refund’.
In response to your reply I thought I’d copy across your returns policy
UK ORDERS: RETURNS ARE NOT COMPLIMENTARY—CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING. WE RECOMMEND A TRACKED AND SIGNED SERVICE.
So you don’t handle your own returns, you strictly state this and therefore of course I ‘chose’ to handle my own return

To clarify, we typically handle returns using our own courier service, which allows us to fully track parcels and resolve any issues quickly. In this instance, as you chose to arrange shipping independently, it unfortunately made it much more difficult for us to monitor the return or intervene directly with the courier.
As mentioned in our email correspondence, our warehouse have not received the parcel. Our team conducted thorough checks across neighbouring units and warehouse areas. Additionally, the name shown on the proof of delivery is not recognised by any member of our team, which is why we advised opening a claim with the courier as the sender.
We can assure you that if the parcel does arrive at our warehouse, it will be processed immediately. In the meantime, the investigation with the courier is the appropriate next step, as they are responsible for the parcel until it is safely delivered to the correct recipient, which it has not been.
We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for. Please be assured that if the parcel is delivered to us, it will be processed without delay. In the meantime, we remain available via our customer support team should you need any documentation or assistance.

Ware wird nicht zurückgenommen!! Die vergebene Ordernummer wird im Retourevorgang nicht akzeptiert, somit bleibt man auf der Ware sitzen!! Zudem die Ware fehlerhaft ist, ein Strickpullover bei dem eine Masche im Halsbereich nicht gestrickt ist und nur ein Faden gespannt ist!
Mega ärgerlich, ich kann nur warnen vor dieser Firma
Nach dieser Bewertung, konnte ich dann die Ordernummer eingeben 😉, aber: für den Pullover mit einem deutlichen Mangel, soll die Rücksendegebühr 34.80 Euro betragen!!! Ich habe keine Worte mehr….

Ordered a t shirt from them, was absolutely nothing like the picture.
Horrible light grey color, not 'faded black' at all.
Quality was worse than i'd expect for a £30 t shirt, let alone a £60 (on sale) one. Horrible puff printing and didnt fit correctly. Returned for refund (for which i had to pay postage) and was then only partially refunded. First and last time i buy from them. Order your merch elsewhere. This is a fashion brand for people who want to cosplay as fans.
