ordered two items, returned one. got an email saying return is received and we'll issue your refund. then receieved nothing. had to email several times, they told me they were giving me 'store credit' - even though that's not in their terms and conditions for a refund (i returned well within the time period), and i obviously don't want to shop with them again. emailed them several more times and now they're just ignoring me. wish i'd read these reviews before i bought anything from them... hoping my bank will be able to get me the money back. these guys suck. just give me my money back!

No materials listed on the products. The website looks like a white labeling, and/or drop shipping company brand website which are going around a lot. With not much information about the company.

Resorting to writing on here as no response several times from customer service.
Returned 3 items due to sizing within the 14 day period via their portal and paid extra for the items to be tracked and received quickly. Over a month later I still have no refund. Despite numerous emails to customer service, i've barely had a response. After chasing and chasing i've been told i've been given store credit with no reason given after initially being told a refund would be given. I was then told I was given store credit due to being out of the 14 day return period which is simply not true. Still no response from customer service.
Order WEB52988 placed 28/06/2025.

The order was not dispatched from yourselves until 07/07/2025. I received the order on 09/07/2025.

I requested the refund on the date I received it due to sizing. I returned the parcel on 19/07/2025. (10 days after receiving NOT 14 days).

The returned was received by yourselves on 23/07/25 (Return tracking - 0212A55E01597D73 Royal Mail).

This is within your stated return terms. “REFUNDS: ELIGIBLE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. RETURNS INITIATED AFTER THIS PERIOD WILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT IF RECEIVED LATE. “

Again, as stated I returned within 10 days so I was well within your return timescale unlike you suggested.

Ordered a T-shirt that took 3 weeks to arrive no longer wanted so sent it straight back return refused as I’d not sent it back with 14 days of ordering but I sent it back the day after receiving it they took another two weeks to say it wasn’t sent back I now have lost the money and T-shirt as they haven’t returned that either
Absolute scammers

I’m a big fan of this brand, their clothes are excellent. Particularly their leather items. Their sales are amazing too. Delivery is usually fast, although a recent order for some band t-shirts took longer than expected but was well worth the wait. There’s no one selling stuff as stylish and well made as this anywhere else.

Esperienza negativa e pessima! A fine aprile ho restituito due articoli su quattro e non mi hanno ancora rimborsato dopo più di 3 mesi. Provo a contattarli per mail e neanche rispondono. Consiglio a tutti di non comprare perché mi sento truffato e preso in giro.

La risposta che ho ricevuto non corrisponde alla verità. Ho ricevuto gli articoli in data 23 aprile 2025 e fatto il reso di due articoli il 25 aprile, esattamente due giorni dopo, con DHL espresso. Gli articoli li avete ricevuti indietro il 26 aprile dato che ho pagato un extra per la spedizione celere. Quindi ero ampiamente dentro i tempi previsti per il reso. Ho tutte le ricevute e mail che lo attestano.
Non voglio nessun buono ma indietro i soldi del rimborso che mi spettano di diritto da quasi quattro mesi. Altrimenti agirò di conseguenza dato che il commercio online è tutelato.

I’ve made two orders with Other. Both for multiple items. The first order was delayed by several weeks. I stuck with it because I liked the style a lot. Eventually my order arrived and the quality was good on the whole. No apology, no tracking, just arrived out of the blue.

My second, recent order has been subject to more significant delays. Around six weeks. The really frustrating thing, is that they told me on a few occasions, the order was on the way. This was plainly untrue. I can only assume they were playing for time. The items I ordered during the sale, and are supposedly lost somewhere or stuck with a supplier, are now available on their website at full price! How can this be if they are unable to fulfil my order? The mind boggles.

In the end, I asked for a refund which, to their credit, was processed reasonably quickly. Such a shame. Felt like a great brand that I was ready to invest in. The search goes on.

Hi, as this is the only way to contact you unfortunately, please can I get a refund for the order I sent back to you a while back? I’ve paused my payments with Klarna but they need a resolution.

Update .. your response is simply not true my return was initiated the day of delivery and you received it back within 4 days. I have all the evidence of this. Yes you issued store credit yesterday (almost a month later) which is against my rights as a consumer. I have a right to a refund. I do not want store credit as your customer service is diabolical and you tell lies . I expect this issue to be resolved immediately or I will take this matter to trading standards. do not tell anymore lies about this transaction here please. The items were not as advertised I sent them back straight away and you are refusing a refund it’s that simple.

It’s hard to find a good Rock’N’Roll brand these days, there have been a lot of good ones including some of my own that are no longer around, so it’s a blessing we have OTHER and it’s important to support independent brands so they can have a long beautiful life.
I’ve Been ordering from them a lot and for a long time. I always get a thumbs up from the fellas and a little wink from the girls. Who knows maybe one day wearing OTHER will score me a wife. I’d really love a wife with a British accent, so now my review is kind of a dating application. Anyway, everything arrives on time and in a really cool package, that is really hard not to throw away, but I don’t want to be hoarder. If you want though you can cut out the skull logo and make a cool piece of artwork.
As for any negative reviews below as an independent brand all you can do is improve and I’ve seen this brand work hard to keep improving themselves and making their customers happy. They are not a scam in any sense. Unless you’ve done it, it’s really hard to understand how difficult it is to run an independent brand. The amount of factors that come in to play to get someone an order on time, to make sure your shirts are restocked on time, to respond to everyone, to scout models, to plan photoshoots, to keep social media content interesting and to get your clothing seen is beyond overwhelming. It’s not a job it’s a 24/7 lifestyle, so you always have to give independent brands some slack.

Ordered two v neck t shirts which do not resemble the t shirt in the photos online at all. Online photos show deep v-neck with short sleeves, what arrived were two bog standard v-necks with shallow v neck and normal sleeves. Agree scam company as many other saying. After reading so many other negatives reviews here re getting money back I don’t think I have the energy. I will say however I liked a lot of stuff on the site and would have been a forever customer but I’ll never bother again. So disappointing.

I got a FABULOUS suede trucker jacket in the sale for a birthday ending in a '0'. The quality is insanely good. Strangers approach me just to admire it. It turned up on time, true to size and beautifully packaged.

What's not to love?

Scam company. Been waiting over a month with no tracking info for my order, or any reply from them despite my many times reaching out to them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM "COMPANY"

Shocking, diabolical pathetic bunch of liars … who are these scammers ?

I have been waiting for an order for over four months. To date still no sign of the order or even any sign of a refund as requested, just excuse after excuse after excuse otherwise known as lie after lie after lie.

Is nobody able to trace where these scammers are operating from? There is not even a contact number. These individuals need to be caught and brought to justice.

You know what they say about liars and cheats!! Every dog has its day.

I will continue to chase what is rightfully mine by hook or by crook justice will be served.
