SCAM COMPANY

Ordered 4 t-shirts 2 weeks ago, haven't received any of the items. Their customer service only answered my second email after I threatened to initiate a charge -back. Even then they fobbed me of with an excuse about being there being "high demand". To this day they have never given me a delivery date or dispatch note. Finally got fed up and asked my bank to initiate a charge-back. AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

My previous feedback which I left 1 star, if possible I would leave negative 5 stars. Vivian responded to my feedback and said that's not how they operated. Let me tell you the truth about this fraudulent company and to be clear read all the negative reviews here and you can get a consensus about this fraudulent company.

Their clothing are Temu and Shein quality. You will not get the same clothes or items as pictured. Super low quality and cheaply made. Their customers service is a joke and by far the worst I have ever experienced. They are very responsive when you email them with questions before purchased, they will make u feel like theyre very legit and high quality company. But when you received the "not described" products and want to return, they will ignore you. Communication is 1 email every 4-7 days. I ordered two leather jackets and came not as described, I email and complained and ask to return and I could not get through anyone. I had to processed the return through their return portal and received the return shipping label from them. I knew theyre not legit and scamming after I read the reviews here so I carefully took all pictures and keep all my documentation.

I shipped back the two jackets to them via DHL with signature. Items was delivered to them signed by their people at their building but fraudulently said they didn't received it. I had to file dispute with PayPal and they tried to continue their lies and prolonging the dispute. After 3 months of fighting I finally got my money back. But save yourself the trouble and do not order from this fraudulent company. They are here to scamming people and will take your money if you u dont know how to fight back or go through with the dispute process.

Again, all these responses from them here they sounds like theyre very nice and always willing to help but the truth is they are scammers. Save yourself the headache and trouble do not buy from them as you will not get the same jackets or clothing showed on their website.

Update to Vivian response: again, this company continue to lies after lies. I got my refund through dispute process which I provided compelling evidence that you're fraudulent hence why PayPal forced you to refund my money. Have I not provided evidence you would have frauded and took my money. You did not voluntarily refunded after I returned the cheaply defective products.

You have a history pattern of not refunding customers their money after they returned your defective clothes. Check the feedbacks everyone and you will see the consensus feedbacks here are to avoid this fraudulent company. Shame on you. Hope you can sleep at night with your evil conscious.

They avoid interacting for returns after product sent back to them. Don't shop with them.

It took 21 days and they only did it after I raised a dispute through PayPal. They also did not reply to emails asking for an update, which is funny since they can find this and reply here pretty quickly. Terrible customer service.

Fantastic company, with a fantastic range of quality made alternative clothing, great customer service with personal touch even down to packaging. Whole experience was great.

DO NOT SHOP WITH OTHER. Read beyond the clearly fake reviews that have conveniently been posted following a barrage of recent 1star reviews, and you'll see how the company truly operates. If you dare return an item, Other will simply keep your money and ignore all communication. They'll ignore all emails and block you on social media. For me personally, this has been going on for months, and it's clear I'm not an isolated case. What kind of respectable company acts like this? Answer - they don't. Other have no right to your hard earned money and will be found out. I'm receiving legal advice and will proceed with their recommendation, and I suggest existing customers with similar issues do the same. Just awful 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I've ordered quite a few items from Other, and they're all great. The quality, style, finish are all second to none.
I couldn't recommend Other highly enough. You get what you pay for, and this stuff is quality!

Absolutely appalling customer service.

For a brand positioning itself at a premium price point, the level of customer service is shockingly poor—worse than a budget airline. My returned item was confirmed as received on the 28th of May, yet nearly one month later, I am still waiting for a refund.

After raising a complaint, I received a so-called "heartfelt apology" email offering store credit, which I reluctantly accepted. Despite this, I have not received any store credit or even a response to my follow-up emails over the last 12 days.

At this point, my only option appears to be disputing the transaction with my credit card provider. The irony here is that I genuinely would have purchased from them again in the future, but they clearly have no interest in retaining customers.

Avoid unless you enjoy frustration and chasing your own money.

Really suprised at all the negative comments. I've ordered from Other now on a few occasions. The quality is always spot on and the sizing is what you'd expect. I'm more than happy to pay extra for the quality you get. Order on this occasion was a KISS tshirt. Design similar to others out the but the print quality and tshirt quality sets it way above the rest.

One of my absolutely favorite brands ever. I practically live in my Other clothes. The quality is amazing and the brand is pink af.

Purchased a replica of a long lost Jane’s Addiction tee-shirt. It’s fantastic, much better than the original.

Brought a number of items from Other and the quality of goods they sell are far better than there high street competitors.

Abysmal customer service, I would encourage people not to order from them, if for any reason you’d like to return your item you will have to keep chasing them up to get a refund, this has happened to me 6 times so far, I keep thinking it’ll get better but it doesn’t, but I’m at my limit and will never do business with them again.
