Do not buy. The worst customer experience I have ever had. I used to be a customer of this brand for years but this is now just the worst of the worst... I waited for 1 month for an order to arrive. I had to cancell an item they had no stock. I returned 2 tees (after paying 30 €) and they still have not refunded me nor the cancelled item, nor the returned goods. I will take legal actions and started a paypal claim. Stay away from them

Scammers, end of.
They will accept your return request and won't refund you for your return. If you do hear back from them (which is very unlikely) they'll give your store credit NOT a refund.

Overpriced, misshapen, poor quality items most likely drop shipped from China.

Try and contact them on their Instagram page and they'll just ignore and block you.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I used to order a lot of things there and spend quite a lot of money there, never had a problem until I made first return and not received my refund or even answer on my emails. This is how they treating own customers! What they do is a criminal act and they should be punished for this. Do not order there anymore!!!

Scammers !! More than a month since i return their product, but still didn’t received the refund. I email them 5 times but no one is replying.

After couple of days since i written this review they sent me an email telling me they will not return my money but instead they will give me a store credit plus 20% additional for inconvenience. But there is no link to that credit score, it’s not in my account, is nowhere.
I already email them twice to ask how to access that store credit but no answer. This is unbelievable. Again, STAY AWAY from this company!!!

Finally after 2 months and numerous emails I received a voucher. Why voucher? No one is answering to this question. Why would i want to buy your products after all this? This company has a lot of potential but they need to sort out this mess, otherwise no one will buy from them ever. I will definitely not.

I ordered a leather jacket in on the 3rd of december. After 20 days I asked when it was being shipped and they said they had a delay in shipping. I patiently waited until March 11. Asked for a refund and they said it could take up until 3-4 weeks until I would get my money back. No money back after 5 weeks. Asked again- ”they will look into it”. Waiting again for for weeks. Emailing twice. No more answers after my last email. 6 months since I orginally placed my order and no refunds in sight. I really gave them a fair chance before even considering writing this review.

Made a fairly large order from Other. Didn't like any of it, the fit on the denim etc is just not good. I returned it, they accused me of removing tags (which I 100% did not) and sending the items back "scrunched up" (uh, it's clothing being returned by mail, pretty common to end up creased). Because of this they would only do a credit refund, which I reluctantly accepted, even though I thought this wasn't right. I used some of that credit recently, but returned the items again, this time being extremely careful... and now they're ghosting me on the return - tracking and photo evidence shows it was delivered - nobody will issue the credit back again. The rest of the reviews here paint the same kind of story. This place is managed seriously badly... avoid.

I feel like this is a scamming site. I been writing 2 weeks from the order i returned because the jacket was not what i expected. Nobody will answer anymore when it time to pay back a return item. The item have returned(can see from tracking) but they wont return the money.

WARNING. Do not order from Other clothing. If you return an item which you probably will because the quality is poor (don't be fooled by the photos on website) they will not refund you and pretend the item was never returned. Their customer service is non existent especially if you have a problem. They can sometimes take months to deliverer and you have to keep emailing them about your order. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Like I said earlier the quality is poor too. High end prices for low end clothing. I really regret giving them my money and have nothing to show for it

I've ordered from this company twice before without issue, but this recent experience has completely changed my opinion. I returned an item over two months ago and have yet to receive my refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, they continue to ignore my requests. It’s clear from the many similar negative reviews that I’m not the only one dealing with this.

While they’re quick to process orders and stay active on social media, they are shockingly unresponsive when it comes to handling returns and refunds. I used to appreciate their products and branding, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust.

Think twice before ordering — if you need to return something, don’t expect any support.

This company is a scam. Buyer beware!!! Customer service is really bad - my order from two months ago has not arrived. I’ve emailed them multiple times and they said it’d be shipped next week, but this never happened. And when i said i want a refund they ghosted me.They even blocked me on instagram, because are afraid more people will know they are scammers. Save your money and don’t buy nothing from them!!!

I have no idea why there are any negative reviews. I’ve ordered from here 4-5 times now and every experience has been near perfect. The only time they made a small mistake & sent the wrong size T Shirt, it was rectified very quickly & I was very happy with the outcome. The clothes and hats are fantastic and I will be buying a lot more in the future.

Been waiting almost three months for my refund after being told my return had been received. Given the runaround lots of times. Kept reaching out, leaving three or four days between attempts so they couldn't hit out with the "pushed to the back of the queue" excuse. On the rare occasion someone did reply to me, they would say that they were sorry to hear about it and that they would get back to me soon. Still waiting on all of those replies. They have lots of sympathy but apparently no solutions. Where is the refund? £370 is a lot of money. I'm sure someone from the company will respond to this with an apology and offer to help me find a solution. Not interested in an apology, only interested in the refund. You have my order details, about three of your employees have said to me they're looking into it but that stretches back months now. I'll never buy from this company again.

I placed a couple of orders last year and had to return most of the items.

The problem I found with the first order I'd placed was that the sizing was all over the place - I'm not unusually proportioned or anything but stuff that should have fitted was fine across the chest but then was stupidly short. Other items ended up being just stupidly big relative to the size they were meant to be.

The second issue was quality - the material their garments were made out of felt thin and cheap. Luckily my first order was easily refunded through Klarna, my 2nd order was much more difficult.

Again, I had the same problems with my first order in terms of sizing and quality, with some of the stitching actually coming away on the jeans immediately. When I went to return it they would only offer me store credit because they'd said the items were on clearance so they couldn't be refunded.
Because I'd paid through PayPal this time it was a lot harder to get my money back, I'd had to show proof of return, including the tracking number and photos of the return box.

I eventually did get a refund but my experience with this company means I'll never shop with them again and I'd urge anyone else to avoid shopping with them.

Yeah, don't deal with this company. I ordered a jacket from them which showed up - promptly, I might add - but way too small. I returned it and got store credit, not ideal, but fine. I ordered a size up, which somehow was still way too small. I sent it back again, eating shipping costs each time. This time I asked for a refund which customer service told me they would do. And then they ghosted me. No refund. No store credit. Nothing. They stoped returning my emails. I'm out a fair bit of money and don't have anything to show for it. This store is sketchy. Stay away.

I originally placed my order on Black Friday of 2024 in the hopes of getting my package for Christmas. That never happened and it didn’t even come close to happening. I emailed back and forth with customer service to find where the hell my order was, with many times never hearing back from customer service, only to find out that one piece I ordered won’t be in stock. Seemingly thousands of emails back and forth and months gone by, I finally received my package but the shirts were too small (no biggie I’ll submit an exchange request because I liked the quality and design). Many many more emails later I finally get told that they aren’t sure why exactly, but they aren’t able to make a return label for me to send the items back… uh okay. I’m assuming because it’s been ages since I placed the order and took months to get any assistance. So I pay over $30 of my own money to send the items back and I don’t hear anything, so at this point I’m over it completely and just dispute the charge with my bank. I finally get an email back because they saw I disputed it and FURTHER want MY help with the package return. Come to find out that they spoke with my bank and got the charge posted for the shirts on my account again

So here I am without my order, down $30+ from shipping the items back to them and being charged for the order. This whole situation has been cancerous to say the least and I have never in my entire life experienced anything like this when ordering something from any company. You’d had better customer service ordering some scam shit from Temu. I was mostly nice and understanding throughout the process but understandably got irritated at points where they would simply not respond to my emails to customer service, but now I’m over it entirely.

Although the pants I got fit perfectly and are genuinely my favorite. I’ve been also shopping here for a couple years. The shipping took a LONG time. And customer service wasn’t as transparent as it couple have been. I was a bit disappointed for the first time in that.

I've received 2 separate orders now and I love every item. Everything looks and fits perfect! Super soft, quality fabrics and attention to the little details adds to their unique style. Order with confidence, I'll be placing a 3rd order soon. Cheers!
