No Late Shipment Warning
Placed my order, and then waited around a week to check the dispatch. It never updated, and then when I reached out, I was told they were on a wait. This was never specified on the website, or when I ordered. In fact, I had to reach out to find out the status of an order I placed.

Avoid this company at all costs!
Avoid this company at all costs! The negative reviews are not exaggerations - this is not just a terrible business. They lied repeatedly, strung me along with endless delays, and then ghosted me.
Their communication is beyond dreadful. On the rare occasions they did bother to reply, they blatantly contradicted their previous emails, making it painfully clear they don't even try to keep their lies straight. Total incompetence.
It's clear from the reviews here that this is their standard practice, not just a one-off incident.
In 20 years of online shopping, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. If you value your money and sanity, stay far away from this company.

Quality is elevating
I had the previous t-shirt with Motley Crue branding. After multiple washes it still staying strong and that new Motorhead t-shit feels even more premium more like a moleskin than a simple cotton.

No issues from me
I saw the brand on Instagram and liked the ads so it sparked my curiosity to explore the website. I was tempted with the £100 t-shirt box but just before I pulled the trigger and bought it I read the reviews and there were so many negative comments. I held off but was still checking my out an Alice Cooper t-shirt as I thought I’ll just chin it and see what it’s like. Honestly, I have no issues with it. It’s decent quality, a bit quirky and individual and feels nice to wear..and it’s unique. A positive experience from me and I’ll buy again

Leather Trucker jacket - a quality item.
Purchased a number of items from Other but my most recent was their Leather Trucker jacket, after purchasing leathers from other suppliers I have to say the quality is a definite step up.
Fit as per the size guide, which is always a bonus as prevents sending items back.

I can't believe I've only just discovered Other. As a bigger guy it's often difficult to find good quality t-shirts that fit properly and Other doesn't disappoint. The quality of the fabric is exceptional and the band t-shirts look fantastic. Well priced considering the hand finishing. Also importantly the communication is great too. I really cannot recommend Other enough and I cannot wait to order more!

AVOID. SERIOUSLY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Bought a shirt on sale from Other that looked great in the photos. However after arriving it was obvious that this was Temu-level Chinese quality rubbish - the sizing was nowhere near the measurements stated online. It was 2 inches shorter than the measurements said and I couldn't even fit my arms through the arm holes (and i have skinny arms!) so it was totally unwearable. I then opened a return request for a refund which was accepted by Other, but once it arrived back to them they refused to refund me because it was a sale item - despite the website not mentioning anything about that anywhere on the item or checkout page. It is mentioned at the very bottom of the T&Cs page, but it's buried three pages down. I was going back and forward for months trying to get a refund on the basis the quality was awful, the measurements were massively wrong and the fact they accepted my return for refund and now have the item in their possession. Not only do they take a week plus to respond to each email but they're incredibly uninterested in helping the customer and giving their profits back. Total waste of money and time.
So in conclusion - Awful quality items (possibly dropshipped junk) at ridiculously unjustifiable high prices (you can get better quality from Primark for £10) and absolutely abysmal customer service. Don't waste your money with them, they will take it, the item will be awful and they likely won't refund you.

So I’ve ordered from OTHER twice…
So I’ve ordered from OTHER twice already. The first time I ordered the Deuce biker jacket and while there were some delays in the shipping process (due to high volume of orders) the customer relations team at OTHER maintained full transparency and replied to every single one of my questions and concerns. They kept all their promises and ultimately, they shipped out my package. The quality and sizing was perfect. It remains one of my favorite jackets I own to this day. My other experience with OTHER was ideal and everything went well. I ordered the Libertine leather jacket and I was concerned about the sizing but once it arrived (within the week) I tried it on and it fit perfectly. I’ve seen many bad reviews and accusations that OTHER is a “scam” but putting faith and patience in these guys is so worth it. The way they handled their issues and still delivered a high quality product is very admirable. I highly recommend buying from OTHER if you want an awesome looking jacket, shirt, pants, hats, etc.

I returned a hat that I paid €239 for…
I returned a hat that I paid €239 for on December 26th, they received it on January 7th. And to this day I still haven't had a refund, they no longer answer my emails. I don't know what to do, I'm pretty shocked, it's still a site that has lots of followers on Instagram, and they steal from people.
