I previously left a review regarding my terrible experience with Other UK, but unfortunately, the situation has only worsened.

After waiting weeks for my order and receiving no communication, I requested a full refund to my original payment method, which was acknowledged and approved by their team. Instead, they ignored my request and issued store credit, which I did not agree to.

Since then, I have repeatedly followed up via email, only to be completely ignored. Despite my patience and multiple attempts to resolve this fairly, Other UK refuses to respond or correct their mistake.

At this point, I have escalated the matter to PayPal and Trading Standards, as this company is clearly failing to uphold consumer rights.

I strongly urge others to think twice before ordering from Other UK. If something goes wrong with your order, be prepared to be ignored and left without a proper resolution. Avoid at all costs!

Pure fraud. I placed an order for an item, and had to wait 4 months until it was ready to ship. When I finally received it, I did not like it and wanted to return it. The „return portal“ did not work and only produced error messages. I reached out to customer service but responses took up to one week. Finally, I received all the required details to return the item, and had to pay for the shipment myself. Upon arrival at the OTHER premises, I did not receive a refund as requested, but a „gift card“. After lengthy discussions, I finally received a refund, but €31 were withheld. OTHER ckaimed to have issued a return label and paid for it, but I never received it and paid €27 for the return shipment. Now I have paid €58 in total for returning an item. This is criminal. And fraudulent. And for 4 months while I was waiting for my order, OTHER was sitting on my money and putting it to their fraudulent use. I recommend on one orders anything there. This company does not deserve aby support and its only purpose is betraying you and robbing you of your money.

Returned an item because it didn't fit and still haven't been refunded 2 months later. Usually Other will completely ignore emails or just send a response saying it takes x number of days to process a return where x is any number they decide at the time, even if that number of days has long passed.

I don't think they will ever refund and any email they actually bother to reply to is only to string you along a little more before you proceed to contact the ombudsman, which I will have to do without a letter of deadlock since they won't even acknowledge most emails.

Under no circumstances should you buy from this company.

Their products are incredibly over priced and the build quality is extremely poor, a £260 pair of jeans ripping down the seams the moment I tried them on.

Worse, it has now been two months and despite dozens of emails they still owe me over £300 of returns.

On the rare occasions customer service does reply, I get 'deepest apologies', 'problems with our system' and 'its been sorted' followed by nothing in return.

I will be reporting them to trading standards but I suggest you just save yourself the trouble.

Took me over a month to receive a partial refund for my order, I had to finally contact them through social media to get a response as the customer services did not respond. You will not receive a refund for items that were in the sale. I ordered 3 jumpers in the Black Friday sale, 2 sizes of the same style of jumper and 1 in another style (which never arrived) The 2 which did arrive were of such poor quality that I returned both for a refund. After a month of no response from customer services I contacted them through social media and finally someone responded.This person arranged a partial refund for the item I never received, but nothing for the 2 items I had returned 6 weeks previously. I emailed them yet again and finally after 6 weeks of pain they sent me a gift card for the 2 items I returned. This means I have to shop again with this company to use the £117 gift card. There is nothing I would want buy from this company, the quality of the clothing (Primark quality is better!) and the customer services are shockingly poor. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I live in Northern Italy and made the order on a Sunday afternoon; by the afternoon of Wednesday I had already received the order. Thery are faster than many companies from Italy. The product itself is really well-made and the sizes are true to the size charts on their website. Really recommended

They’re a dishonest company who lied to me. I ordered mid November 2024 with hopes of my order arriving before Christmas, 2 weeks go by and I hear nothing so I contact customer services. I was informed that half of my order wasn’t even in stock but they could do a split order and send half out the ‘next day’, which i received almost 3 weeks later just after Christmas. Once i received this and was disappointed by the quality of the items, I emailed to cancel the rest of my order. I was ignored for 2 weeks after I sent another follow up and was then told that it could not be cancelled because it had been shipped ‘last week’ and would arrive within a few days. Shock horror, it arrived 10 days later, upon receiving the item I noticed that it was sent via Royal Mail 48 hours tracked so I checked the tracking code. Turns out they actually only shipped it 2 days ago AFTER I asked to cancel. I have no hopes of being able to return these items now and getting my money back, would not recommend this company to anyone, any branded items I own will not be worn outside the house as I am not willing to support them.

On top of this the sizing of their items are extremely wild, I have a cardigan in a size M which is so big it’s basically an XXL and an XS one which is still big on me and I’m a 10-12, other items have strangely long arms and huge necklines, I have no idea where the items are made but they just aren’t that great. This is such a shame as the idea behind the brand is great but the quality, customer service and overall brand experience is awful

This company doesn’t even deserve one star, clearly the good reviews are planted by so called company members , making out all these bad reviews are nonsense.This business and service are absolutely shocking. They have barely any customer service , they don’t state that items aren’t in stock, you order and just don’t receive your item , they also apparently don’t give refunds until you report them.
If I was able I’d upload photos of the shocking customer service, and how there company doesn’t do “refunds”. The lack of good reviews or public images , tags, real life photos of there stock is shocking.

Quite literally the worst experience I've ever had with a retail company. Do not bother doing business with them, they are out to steal money from you. Brought some t-shirt in the black Friday sale in a few sizes to try on. Checked their returns policy page to make sure I could return and get a refund before I ordered, and all was good. Returned the t-shirts for a refund and they state that sale items cannot be refunded according to their refund policy... But this ain't stated in their refund policy?! Lost all my money I spent and they refuse to give it back, disgusting company, disgusting customer service, avoid.

I can't understand all the negative comments here. I am ordering since their 'violent delights' collection back in 2019 and have more than 30 pieces in my collection. T-Shirts, knitwear, boots, hats, hoodies, leather jackets, jewellery and many of their vintage band shirts and I can't complain about anything. The quality is incredible, the shipping is very fast and their customer support reacts very quick.
For example I accidentally ordered a pair of denim jeans on Black Friday in a wrong size, reached out to them that I wanted to cancel this order. They answered in less than 1 hour and said it wouldn't be necessary to cancel because they took my order and swapped the size of the denim. And since then this pair of jeans is my most worn.

I ordered a leather jacket in the beginning of November of last year 2024. I never received my jacket or a refund. It’s been 3 months.
I’ve contacted them numerous times with no response. I had to file a fraud dispute with my credit card, Americans Express. They are still investigating it.
If I could give a zero star rating I would have.

I decided to purchase a tote bag from this company as I needed one to use for my birthday trip away which was in over a week and a half. It took them so long to dispatch it when it finally arrived over two weeks later I’d already had to buy a different one. I received the bag and decided to send it back which I did within two days, on their site it says returns are free but they are not you have to pay to post it back. I payed for a tracked returns label and it was delivered back to them a few days later. Weeks and weeks passed and they still had not refunded me, countless emails later and after being ignored or told to wait longer I had to resort to opening a PayPal case to receive my refund almost a month after they had received the bag back. I would avoid like the plague unless you want to wait weeks for your items to get to you and then months if you need a refund.

I ordered leather trousers on the 22nd of October £260 - today is January 14th and still no REFUND - beyond shocked.

I'm still waiting for my order, which I placed on December 2, 2024, and it's been a complete disappointment. After asking customer service what is going on with my order, I received a few emails that only bought them time, without any real updates on my shipment.They sent me a DHL tracking link, but it was just a generic message saying a label had been created - DHL was still waiting for the package to be handed to them, nothing else happened since the Dec.2nd - a total joke! Last emails went completely unanswered.
I've since filed a complaint with PayPal and am waiting for a resolution, hopefully, to get my money back. It's appalling how a company can tout itself as a reputable business, yet treat customers like this ! I should've taken the time to read reviews more thoroughly beforehand. Let this be a warning to everyone: steer clear of this company at all costs!

I really wanted to like this shop after seeing so many of my favourite Instagram influencers raving about it. Luckily I had only spent £30 compared to a lot of these reviews. The clothing looks so good on the website but the tshirt I received looks so different and is such bad quality. The prices of the clothing is like designer clothing prices but the quality doesn’t reflect the price, it also took them weeks to ship it.

SHOCKING. Ordered 2 weeks ago, no updates, messaged on instagram (the only way to get a reply) - Not that it was much help "We started shipping orders on Monday" - Been another week still not shipped. Awful company will never entertain ordering from here again
