Terrible company to deal with.
Firstly, if you are reading this review in advance of a purchase, just don’t do it. Do not get into any kind of financial entanglement with this company. You will regret it. Please, please stay away from them. Secondly, if you have already made the mistake of purchasing then please persist with chasing anything that they may owe you. After many weeks, and many emails I did finally get two refunds owed to me. One via a bank chargeback, and one via PayPal. You will have to log disputes and escalations etc, but in my case it did work. I have also reported them to Action Fraud and Trading Standards.
Appalling Customer Service – Avoid at All Costs!
The experience with Other UK has been deeply disappointing. The products are sold at exorbitant prices, yet the real issue lies in their handling of returns. Despite multiple attempts to secure a refund after returning my order, the company has remained unresponsive, withholding my money. This lack of accountability has forced me to pursue legal action. Such behavior suggests fraudulent practices, and I strongly advise against purchasing from Other UK. Their disregard for customer rights is unacceptable and unprofessional.

never received goods. Ordered goods on November 10th. They sent the tracking code which is stuck on November 10th. They do not respond to emails. It is absolutely a scam. Do not buy from them
Absolutely ridiculous
Absolutely ridiculous. I placed an order £500+ in the Black Friday sale. A week went by and nothing so I enquired via email. They said they were busy and it wouldn’t be long. Fine. Another week passes and still nothing so I email again asking to cancel the order so I can use the money elsewhere for Xmas gifts. They completely ignore the fact I asked to cancel despite the fact I’d had no contact or proof of dispatch. I email AGAIN immediately after and tell them I don’t want the items I want to cancel and they ignore me. Now I’m stuck with HALF my order and I have no idea where the rest is or when I’ll get it. To top it all off I requested a refund on the items I did get and I have to pay for the postage or a box the size of a medium dog. I am now PAYING EXTRA for an order I didn’t even want.
I’d only ever had good experiences in the past but this has been horrendous. Definitely the last time I make any purchases with them.
Impossible to return a product
I received the cardigan on Monday in France commanded 14 days ago.
The product is good but to big for me so I asked for an exchange. The answer was to use the return process on the website. The website block my return since it’s to late (normally it’s 14 days after receiving the product so I’m in the range)
Since Tuesday 3 mails without an answer. No other way to contact them.

Good things come to those that wait
Like many reviews here, it two weeks to ship, but that's not the end of the world. The quality was great, and everything looked as advertised. The pieces are a little expensive, but unique and cool. Will shop with Other again.

If I could give them 0 I would. I bought 3 of their band shirts, assuming the quality was fantastic due to the high prices. To my surprise all the necklines are stretched out and massive, like someone had pulled on them. They don't like flat over the body, thus don't look flattering.
First I reached out to Other to try to remedy the issue personally, rather than leave a bad review immediately. However, and this is an exact quote "we love our products." They also tried to make me feel bad saying "no one has ever brought this up to us before". That's when I looked and found the Trust Pilot reviews where it's quite clear many people are having issues with this brand.
I would not suggest shopping here. These are people known for selling crap quality clothes, with a bad attitude to boot. There are much better brands out there like Imogene and Willie, Future Monsters, MadeWorn, to name a few.
BEWARE - 7 WEEKS NO REFUND £260
So far I'm gutted, I bought a pair of leather trousers £260 they were a little small. But were great quality - I initiated an exchange - I had to pay to return the trousers - I did a next day - signed for - I didn't hear from them for 10 days that the trousers had arrived safely - 7 WEEKS LATER - they still have my money - I'm gutted - I have been fobbed off with a few emails - I really need the money - it's caused so much stress and time chasing with emails that are often ignored. I will not let this go and I will chase this company until my money is returned - I will take legal action if necessary.

Nothing on their website states that sale items can’t be returned. I wanted to return a $250 hat because it was too small and the quality was ridiculous for that price. I can’t initiate a return order on their website.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. I ordered a leather jacket over a month ago. After 10 days I still hadn’t received a dispatch notice so I emailed them for an update. It took them 5 days to respond to say due to a stock error the T-shirt I’d ordered (I’d ordered a leather jacket) was unavailable and I could either wait 10 days or have a refund. I asked for a refund and 10 days later and several chasing emails, I received no response, no refund and no jacket. They then started their biggest Black Friday sale offering the same jacket on sale and even emailed me with inspiration to buy the same jacket I had bought a month previously and not received. Looking at Companies House they had to stop trading in a previous life, and looking at reviews here and from my own experience it feels like they are going into administration again and trying to claw back as much money from unsuspecting customers as they can. I managed to get my money back though charge back and I’d advise anyone in this situation to do the same. They are basic thieves.
Unterirdischer Support
Leider muss ich hier eine schlechte Erfahrung teilen obwohl ich ein großer Fan der Marke bin. Der Service ist aber unter aller Kanone ! Habe für über 1000€ dort Klamotten bestellt und versuche nun seit 3 Wochen irgendwie den Kundenservice zu erreichen. Mehr als 6 Mails gingen raus und keinerlei Support. Sehr schade, da wie gesagt, die Klamotten eigentlich der Hammer sind

I do not recommend this store! It took nearly a month to get my order. I requested multiple times to cancel the order. They did not. Then, the pants did not fit, so I attempted to get a refund. An employee, Jo, confirmed that she would send me a return label. Unfortunately, she never did and stopped responding to my emails. Very poor customer service.
Shambles - avoid at all costs
Ordered products and the quality of the goods was really poor. Pricing doesn’t reflect the product quality at all. I then made a return (which aren’t free either but that was fine) and then you struggle to get your money back for the product you have returned.
No response from customer service either, just a shambles all round. I would avoid them at all costs. Total waste of time and effort trying to deal with them
Returned goods more than 4 weeks ago, still no refund
I purchased two pairs of trousers for my partner in October as a gift and all seemed fine - they arrived very quickly and were well packaged and it seemed very professional. At this point I would have rated them 5 stars. However, I had to return both items due to the leg length and waist being far too big for my partner. Nothing else wrong with them to be fair, it was simply a sizing issue. I requested a return, which was approved, and the items were returned to the address they gave me and they were sent back in the original packaging (inc. branded box, plastic bags and labels attached) via Royal Mail Tracked 48. The parcel was received on November 4th with proof of delivery and that is where the service level took a complete nose dive! It is now December 4th and I still have not had my money back, despite several emails asking for an update. At this stage they have essentially robbed me, as they have their goods as well as my money sitting in their bank account. They are in breach of UK Trading governance, which stipulates the following on the UK government website:
"You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you.
You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason."
I will now be raising a complaint with Trading Standards and will seek legal advice on how to reclaim my money.
I really would suggest that anyone wanting to buy from this company strongly consider if they would want to risk this happening to them before purchasing anything.
Appalling
Appalling. I wasn’t en a refund as out of 14 day return policy; just to be clear, this is not aligned with statutory right where you just have to notify that you’re returning within 14 days. Was unable to use credit note which wouldn’t work, contacted them several times and no response. £65 down, nothing to show and a lot of time spent chasing. Avoid like plague.

Great Products, Terrible Customer Service.
I have made 3 orders in the past with this brand, the items I have ordered are great but the customer service… oh dear.
1. My order was shipped to Canada by mistake, I live in the UK and it took 2 months to resolve and for the item to finally be delivered to me. Multiple emails with to Other and the shipping company and Other did nothing. I was emailed back eventually and was told to wait and see if it eventually arrives.
2. Ordered an item but it was too small so I immediately returned the item in its original packaging for a refund as at the time they did not have a larger size available. The return was delivered to them within the 14 day return policy stated on their website but heard nothing back from them for over 2 months. Luckily I raised a dispute with Klarna and provided them with all the proof. Klarna settled it in my favour thankfully.
3. Ordered a few items and returned 1 item as I wasn’t happy with it. Same process as before, returned immediately in all the original packaging, emailed Other with the return information, tracking and photos. The return tracking shows it has been delivered within the 14 day return policy stated on their website but it is yet to be processed. I am yet to hear from them regarding my return. I can only assume it will be the same outcome as before where I will have to raise a dispute with Klarna.
To conclude…
Order at your own risk and make sure you order the correct sizing so if you have to return you aren’t left with hassle and being ignored by terrible customer service however I would avoid at all costs in my opinion. There is enough bad reviews to outweigh the good.
I don’t understand how you can create a great business and think it be successful when your customer service is appalling. It’s all smoke and mirrors with their branding but behind the mask they’re shocking with their customers.

Ok - so I’m not alone.
Ordered from their Black Friday sale, paid for Express shipping in order to get the items on time for a birthday gift.
Apparently my order has been “dispatched” but the tracking number leads to nowhere. I’ve written to them numerous times with no answer.
I guess I will have to open a dispute with my credit card now.
I want to love this shop…
Two weeks after placing my order…it still hasn’t shipped…customer service is ignoring my emails.
Had a bad experience with an exchange over the summer. I was argued with and ignored, until I reached out to their social media manager. Haven’t had the same luck this time.
This seems like a clear case of them not having the items in stock.

Ordered a top on their Black Friday sale over a week ago and it’s still not been dispatched. Emailed them twice and no replies. After seeing recent reviews I am really not confident that I will get my item and a refund is going to be a nightmare!
16/12/2024 - still no order, no notification of it being dispatched. If it does not come before x-mas I will be going to trading standards as this is theft at this point. You do not take money and not send an item out for 4 weeks+.
