Boots are great, custom service is not
Boots are great! Customer service is terrible tho, basically no reply to my follow up emails after the purchase. I truly value customer service and this makes it hard for me to come back or recommend to my friends.

Absolutely goated
Absolutely goated. Man had them out for delivery straight away, arrived in less than 48 hours. Quality is damn excellent. Bought two pairs of Diego’s. If you’re looking at this as a lot of money to spend, you’re right it is expensive still yes but, for what they are these are a steal. Quality is unbelievable for what you pay honestly these should be double the price at least but don’t tell my man that. The reinforcement in the heel is very tough and cut into the side of my foot, something I haven’t had before with a boot but I know with most boots, they need to get the wear in before it sits right.
Stop reading this review and buy a boot. You what SLP instead? Nah g, don’t waste money, this quality is crazy high and you just can’t go wrong with them.

Very cool boots
Great looking boots, with great feeling suede. I get compliments every time I put them on. The only thing I wish was different is that there is some slight glue staining right around where the upper meets the sole.

My first ever pair of harness boots From The First, certainly won’t be my last ;)
Absolutely love the boots. They truly have a rockstar vibe. I haven’t worn them outside the house yet. Will be wearing them on special occasions. I do own a lot of boots but I must say there is a certain “Je ne sais quoi” to these boots which makes them irresistible. Highly recommend these boots to anyone wanting to up their style game.

I purchased a size 42 after following…
I purchased a size 42 after following the suggestions from some youtube vids. I am usually a EU43 on sneakers and running shoes and 42.5 on dress shoes. I almost regretted because I do have wide feet and I literally could not stuff my feet into the 42s. But I know the length was perfect as long as I could get my feet into them. I tried stuffing the shoes with shoe trees and eventually the leather eased up a little where I could stuff my feet into. This will definitely take some breaking time for me because I went with the 42s but no regrets. 43 would have fitted easily the first time around but I would prefer a snug fit so I am willing to wait for the break in. Not too sure if I would decide the same for my next FTF boots. The quality is impeccable. The ykk side zippers feel solid and zip smoothly. The 40mm heel is something to appreciate. Looking forward to my next purchase. Cheers

Terrible Service
Shoe construction is quite good, and the leather quality is as stated.However, the customer service is pretty much non-existent after you purchase a product and have a problem.
I ordered a pair from the "seconds" line which the website copy states that they simply have a more aged or "creased" leather.However, the pair I received simply had poor construction with the heel on the right boot and the sole looking like they will split apart with a similar issue on the front of the left boot.
I contacted Joshua via Email. the contact form and on Instagram to no avail. I would have liked to be a repeat customer but have been disappointed with this experience. If a shoe costs that much the customer service simply has to be better!
