The support is terrible
The support is terrible, I got no answer on my package, and how I can track it. The tracking number I was provided with was registered nowhere, so I have no idea when the package will be sent. Additionally, I paid for the order on April 10, then the shop refunded all money and asked me to pay again, and now it is 10+ days after the recent payment, and I still have no idea what is going on, and when I get the product I already paid for.

Second update to POCHLY. Ordered boots 2 months ago, paid in full. No communication from the company about the status of the order other than that they were defective. (A lot of other people say the same). No refund, no boots. Still on their website they say they have the item in my size in stock, which seems like a lie. Trying to reqch them via social media but they remove all the negative comments. Again ill update if I happen to get my money back or my boots. Total waste of time, the worst experience i’ve ever had with a company.
All they wanted to do is get me to remove my earlier bad review.

Ordered boots on December 1. Even included a tip because I loved the 1st pair of boots I ordered several months prior. Received an email beginning of February saying boots would arrive in 10 days but provided no shipping info. Since that time, they haven’t replied to any of my emails. Really disappointing because their craftsmanship is superb, but their customer service is nonexistent. Going on 4 months.

I ordered the Jimi Hendrix boots on January 20, 2026 and paid for express shipping. My order number is #3899. I paid the full. I received an email stating my boots would be shipped next week on January 28. I still have no product or communication. I have contacts that work for VISA and Master Card. Based on my experience and other reviews, it may be time to stop them from using these branded services for payment. The company has very misleading practices. I can firmly stand on what I stated with evidence.

Tardan días en responder a los correos. He solicitado ayuda varias veces y la excusa que han dicho es que no le llegaba mi correo pero no me han hablado del pedido que estoy esperando voy a pegar aquí su respuesta:
Hemos revisado su caso y hemos detectado que, al enviarse varios correos consecutivos en un periodo muy corto sin esperar respuesta, nuestro sistema de seguridad clasificó automáticamente el hilo como actividad masiva o spam. Por ese motivo, los mensajes no aparecieron en nuestra bandeja principal y no pudimos responder antes.
No fue una decisión humana ni una falta de interés por nuestra parte, sino un filtro automático del sistema.
Su pedido está registrado correctamente y no existe ningún problema con su pago. Actualmente se encuentra en proceso y le enviaremos la información de seguimiento tan pronto como sea despachado.
Le pedimos que, en adelante, nos permita al menos 24–48 horas hábiles para responder antes de reenviar múltiples mensajes, para evitar que vuelva a ocurrir esta situación.
Yo soy informático y sé que este hecho de que mi correo vaya al spam no ocurre
Terribile esperienza
Ho effettuato l'acquisto di un paio di stivali Jimmy hendrix in data 19 gennaio attraverso carta di credito. Sto ancora aspettando il mio ordine e non credo che verrà consegnato visto la mancanza di risposta da parte dell'azienda. La consegna sarebbe dovuta avvenire entro 5 giorni lavorativi dalla data di acquisto. Provvederò a rivolgermi presso le sedi opportune.
Almost 2 months of waiting and the order was finally refunded
I ordered a pair of Jim Morrison boots from Pochly on January 19.
After almost two months and several unanswered emails, I finally received a reply saying that my pair was in the final stage of production and almost ready to ship.
However, shortly after that message, the order was refunded through Klarna and I never received the boots.
The designs looks great, but unfortunately the customer experience (communication and delivery delays) was very disappointing.
I was really looking forward to receiving the boots, which makes the overall experience even more disappointing.

L’8 di febbraio ho acquistato un paio di scarpe. Tuttavia non è stato mai generato il tracking code per tracciare né lo stato dell’ordine e ne della spedizione.
Dopo svariate email per richiedere una spiegazione, che non hanno mai ricevuto alcuna risposta, lunedì scorso 2 marzo ho dovuto rivolgermi direttamente a Klarna per sospendere i pagamenti. Ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna risposta da parte di Pochly…

Mon mari a commandé le 12 février une paire de bottes plates « Jim Morrison » Western Boot, taille 44, coloris noir, pour un montant de 389€.
La livraison devait être effectuée par FedEx en express sous 3 à 5 jours. À ce jour, nous n’avons reçu aucune nouvelle, aucun numéro de suivi et aucun colis.
Un email a été envoyé le 26 février afin d’obtenir des informations, mais nous restons à ce jour sans réponse.
Il est inacceptable, au vu du montant payé, de ne pas avoir d’information ni de suivi concernant cette commande. Nous demandons une réponse immédiate ainsi qu’une solution rapide (expédition immédiate avec preuve de suivi ou remboursement intégral).
Sans retour rapide de votre part, nous envisagerons les démarches nécessaires pour faire valoir nos droits.
Nous attendons un contact sérieux et professionnel dans les plus brefs délais.

Esperienza da dimenticare! In data 28 novembre acquistai un paio di stivali da 350€ pagando con PayPal e ad oggi non ho ricevuto né l'articolo ordinato né il rimborso richiesto dopo svariate mail inviate al loro servizio clienti.

Don't buy from them
I ordered a pair of boots over a month ago and have heard nothing from them, despite sending multiple emails and trying to contact them through Instagram. They have deleted or hidden comments on their posts from other customers who haven't received their order after months of waiting.
