I placed the order #3907 on January 23rd and still haven't received it. I've tried contacting them via email and social media without much success. I only received one email two weeks ago, saying they were "currently facing a production issue." Since then, nothing at all—no replies, no updates, and the product itself. It seems like a scam.

A fuir ! La pire expérience client de ma vie
J’a commandé une paire de chaussure pendant black friday, en octobre dernier. Avec livraison sous3 jours. À ce jour je n’ai lamais reçu la paire !!! Soit 4 mois après.
Maigre plusieurs mails et relance ils répondent juste que ça va arriver aucun suivis, et je peux dire adieu à la commande.

Qualità degli stivali nulla da eccepire. Il resto è incredibilmente e inaccettabilmente disastroso. Quindi facciamo la media

After more than one month with no updates or responses, I eventually discovered that my shoes were still in production at that time.
This information was never communicated proactively. Customer service remained silent despite multiple follow-ups.
The brand only reacted after I posted a review : asking me to remove it, without providing any concrete shipping confirmation. I then requested a cancellation and a full refund, which was accepted in writing.
As of today, the refund has still not been processed.
Extremely poor communication, misleading timelines, and unfulfilled commitments.
This experience has been unacceptable from start to finish. Avoid.

Good quality but absolute horrible…
Good quality but absolute horrible customer service, it takes them 3 months to finally ship your boots. And everytime you approach them, you get a response after a very long time, multiple days usually, in which they say it will be shipped next week, I received 5 of these messages, but no boots, eventually after 3 months finally they showed up.
