Habe vor 3 Monaten etwas umgetauscht bzw. versucht umzutauschen, aber seit dem keine Ware erhalten und Antwort bekommt man auch keine! Eine Katastrophe

Ho acquistato un paio di stivali, gli "ELVIS PRESLEY Harness Boot". La qualità del prodotto è ottima, all'altezza di un brand di alto livello e assolutamente in linea con le aspettative. Purtroppo per un problema di taglia ho dovuto effettuare un reso. Nonostante alcuni disguidi, grazie al titolare dell'azienda che se ne è incaricato direttamente, ho ottenuto il rimborso dell'intera cifra pagata.

Ordered 2 boots before and I now still waiting longer than a month for the third. Every time I order a pair of boots it takes them at least a month to deliver. All while claiming on the website to deliver worldwide within 3-5 business days.

The service is horrible and barely responding. The boots are nice though, although they rather are a little bit on the big size.
I would recommend to size down a size smaller than you're regular size.

It has now been almost 5 months since I returned my order to Pochly. They did reply, asking for my IBAN in order to process the refund—but since then, nothing. I have not received the refund, and my follow-up emails requesting an update or a refund as soon as possible have been completely ignored.

I am extremely disappointed by this unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. I now have neither the product nor my money back, which amounts to being stolen from. I warned the company that if I did not receive my refund, I would begin sharing my experience publicly—and this is only the beginning. I will continue to leave honest reviews and report this issue until the refund is finally processed.

Top brand, I bought the Jim Morrison Western boot. It looks sensational and is top-quality. Super-fast delivery and excellent customer service are also what sets Pochly apart. I'm already looking forward to my next purchase.

Diese Firma ist so unseriös, dass ich dingend von Käufen abrate. Ich würde sogar sagen, sie ist kriminell. Nach 2 Monaten habe ich, dank Paypal mein Geld endlich zurückbekommen.
Nachdem ich oft versucht habe jemanden per Mail und Chat zu erreichen und es immer wieder nur Vertröstungen gab, habe ich über Paypal geschrieben. Daraufhin kam dann die Nachricht das ich bitte die 2 negativen Bewertungen, die hier bei Trustpilot abgegeben hätte entferne und erst dann würden sie mir mein Geld von meiner Retour erstatten. Woraufhin ich geschrieben habe, dass es ja wohl eher umgekehrt läuft. Wieder gab es keine Reaktion seitens Pochly. Dann habe ich die Bewertungen entfernt und dies auch mitgeteilt. Doch es gab noch immer nix. Weder Geld, noch Nachricht. Finger weg von Pochly.

Ho acquistato un paio di stivali in vera pelle fatti a mano e sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto. Il prodotto è arrivato puntuale, ben confezionato e curato nei minimi dettagli: si percepisce la qualità artigianale e l’autenticità del made in Italy mixata sapientemente con un animo da vera Rockstar.

Avevo inizialmente effettuato un primo ordine che ho poi annullato, e il venditore ha provveduto al rimborso completo senza alcun problema.
Nel secondo ordine, a causa di un errore nell'applicazione del codice sconto, avevo aperto una contestazione per mancata consegna, ma appena ho ricevuto il pacco — perfettamente integro e conforme — il venditore ha dimostrato grande correttezza e serietà: avrebbe potuto non riconoscere più lo sconto, ma ha comunque provveduto a rimborsarmelo senza esitazioni.

Un’esperienza d’acquisto davvero positiva, sia per la qualità del prodotto che per la serietà del servizio. Venditore affidabile, onesto e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Ich habe bestellt und nach dem Erhalt der Bestellbestätigung ist 2 Wochen nichts passiert. Ich habe POCHLY drei mal kontaktiert und keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Schlussendlich musste ich einen Paypal Fall eröffnen.

I really liked the design of the boots but they fit me a little large so I was going to return them and maybe try a different style. I know they have a 14 day window for returns so I wrote THREE times to get a return authorization and never got a reply. This leads me to believe that a lot of the reviews are accurate and once the transaction is over you don’t have anymore correspondence with them. They made the sale and they don’t care after that. They won’t reply to me in enough time to return the boots before the window closes. So I’m just going to keep the boots and I’ll never purchase from them again. The boots are beautiful though but just fit me incorrectly. But evidently nobody there cares enough to address my emails.

Worst customer experience I've ever had, items returned with great difficulty due to Pochly not responding. Once returned Pochly kept delaying the refund date.

Finally they stopped replying, items were returned as ordered, return was confirmed. No sign of refund. It's been 7 months since they've replied to my emails.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS I have found many other customers to have had the same experience.

I only give your boots 4 stars-the design is great - when I should give you 3-
I am used to wearing high quality shoes and the quality of the leather was not what I expected. They are still very stiff after several weeks of wearing. The leather is not improving as it should.

Moreover, I am a sporty lady, with average/ small ankles and I find it really hard to put them on. I am extremely disappointed . To finish I had to wait over 6 weeks to have them. Sorry Pochly you’re not the quality you pretend to be…

These boots exceeded my expectations especially ordering first time on line with Pochly. Love their sleek style and height. Unlike other zip on boots or Chelsea boots, your socks will never show when sitting or crossing your legs.

Il Jim Morrison nero, lo scarpone piú bello che io abbia mai avuto!

Die Schuhe sind super, aber der Service und die Kommunikation sind schlecht. Ich habe zwei Monate auf die Schuhe gewartet, die an Lager seien. Das Geld von meiner Retoure vor einem Monat habe ich immer noch nicht. Da gibt es einiges zu verbessern im Kundenservice.
