A éviter absolument !

J'ai passé commande le 29 novembre pour finalement l'annuler le 11 décembre à cause d'un manque totale de communication. Cette société ne répond manifestement jamais à ses clients autrement que par emails automatiques. Depuis lors j'attends toujours le remboursement en me demandant si je vais l'obtenir un jour... bien qu’il me dis y avoir procédé. Je déconseille fortement.

My order has not arrived after two months. Pochly is not responding, even though it said it would reply. Klarna has been informed of the incident.

Still No Refund After Months of Excuses

I have been trying to get a refund from Pochly for months and the experience has been nothing short of exhausting. My son purchased a pair of boots in February. He is a college student who spent an exorbitant amount on a pair of boots because we taught him to save and buy quality items that will last. They arrived late, and the tabs pulled off after only a few wears and Pochly admitted in an early email that the boots were defective, period. We began asking for a refund in August and everything went downhill from there.

We went through many weeks and emails, and finally, I was told that their returns department needed to determine the refund amount and when I would receive it. After that message, they stopped responding altogether.

I finally had to leave a negative review and comment on their social media just to get any response. When they finally replied, they scolded me for leaving a negative review and claimed they had tried to refund me three times. That was surprising, because no refund ever hit my account and they never provided any proof.

They then asked for my PayPal information so they could issue the refund that way. I provided it immediately. That was the last useful communication I received. I still have not seen a single cent.

I have been more patient than any customer should ever have to be. This company has wasted my time, ignored messages, shifted blame, and made me feel as though their mistakes were somehow mine. I followed every instruction they gave me and there is still no refund, period.

Pochly has shown that they do not stand behind their products and they do not value their customers. I would never buy from them again and I strongly warn others to stay far away.

Still Waiting on Refund Since August

I’ve been trying to get my son’s defective boots refunded since August, and it’s been a total runaround. Pochly finally replied after their “August vacation” and told me on September 17 that the refunds team would contact me with details. It’s now the end of October, and no one has followed up.

I’ve sent multiple emails and Facebook messages with no response. This is not how a reputable company handles customers. I just want my refund.

Ordine ricevuto in ritardo e mancanza di riscontri.

Ho finalmente ricevuto il pacco oggi 03/10/25 e la qualità del prodotto sembra ottima! Se non fosse per il servizio assistenza inesistente sarebbe un'azienda da 5 stelle.

In riferimento ad un articolo in giacenza e per il quale si prevedeva consegna in 2-5 giorni lavorativi, effettuo l'ordine in data 16/09/25, contestualmente ricevevo loro conferma d'ordine e presa in carico.
Non ricevendo alcuna successiva comunicazione circa la spedizione, in data 22/09/25 invio una prima richiesta di chiarimenti nella quale un loro referente mi liquida comunicandomi che mi avrebbero dato aggiornamenti dopo una verifica interna.
Non ricevendo alcun riscontro in data 25/09 invio una seconda richiesta di chiarimenti al quale per l'ennesima volta mi viene detto che procederanno a verifiche interne.
Ritengo il loro atteggiamento beffardo e totalmente irrispettoso, in assenza di riscontri concreti sarò costretto a tutelarmi per vie legali.

Siamo dispiaciuti che la comunicazione non sia stata percepita come tempestiva, ma desideriamo precisare che — come da nostra prassi — le è stato comunicato che avremmo effettuato delle verifiche interne per poterle fornire un’informazione certa e definitiva.
Una volta concluse tali verifiche, le abbiamo indicato una data di spedizione precisa, che poi si è puntualmente verificata, come confermato dal tracciamento del pacco.

Pertanto, non è corretto affermare che il nostro servizio clienti sia stato inesistente: abbiamo preferito darle risposte verificate e concrete, piuttosto che comunicazioni affrettate o non attendibili.

Siamo felici che abbia ricevuto il pacco e che la qualità del prodotto l’abbia soddisfatta — questo per noi è l’aspetto più importante.

Had issues with my order, but…

Great selection of stuff. I had issues with my order and shipping. I reached out to customer service, and received kindly written emails not only apologizing for the trouble, but also got offered multiple solutions.

I’m very happy with the tone and dialogue of this company. They also offer some very well made stuff on their website.

they are a scammer company. Be aware of it before you lose your money.…

I never received the 2 last orders that i paid for, so unfortunately I can’t rate the boots. The only rating that i can give id for them customer services and the company itself. Be careful they are a scammer company. They get your money and they never deliver the items you paid for. It is a very big disappointment and frustration for all the customers that I came to I know had been scammed by them empty promises of delivery a very high end boots. Instead you will have to fight with your credit card company to get the refund. I can’t recommend an untrustworthy company. Don’t spend your money here, its a lost money

La communication sur ce site est vraiment, zéro, j’ai envoyé des mails j’ai commandé une boot le 19 Août et j’ai été prélevé. Mais je n’ai pas de retour concernant le suivi de la commande. J’aurai dû lire les commentaires avant de faire une commande sur le site. Je suis vraiment déçu.

I am still waiting for my refund. And the answers I get are very poor.
There are so many bad experiences shared and outlined.
I kindly suggest to all buyers, who are still negatively affected by them to form a lawsuit.
Further comments are welcome. I have contacted a lawfirm in Italy and the more join, we can bring up a big claim and bringing them to court.

bad shopping experience, scam!

On April 9, 2025, my mother made a purchase from this brand under order number 3547, to give me a gift, she decided to buy it with my same account because that way any return would be easier if I didn't like it, on April 15, 2025, the same day I received the package, I requested the return of the product because it did not fit my foot since its size is extremely large and even changing the size it would still be too big for me and it would not work with my orthopedic insoles, after insisting that they send the return label, I received it a week later after so much insistence, on April 22, 2025, I made the return by delivering the package to the shipping company FedEx which is in charge of sending them to Italy, being delivered to pochly on April 29, 2025, even receiving the package after asking them the questions, they did not respond to my messages by any means, be it social networks Instagram in which they blocked me so that I would not write to them requesting my money and to the email to the email indicated by them, after a few weeks they respond since I had left a negative rating on this portal due to their poor performance requesting that I withdraw the rating or otherwise they would not proceed with the refund, I agree to withdraw the rating having the commitment of the person who writes to me called Carlos from customer service indicating that they would evaluate my request and that they would return it if I withdrew the rating from this portal, after accepting their requests and delivering the requested banking documentation for evaluation and that they could proceed with it, they stopped responding, more than a month and a half later I have given up my money, which is a total of 404.10 Euros since they do not respond even though I have collaborated at all times in accepting their requests and delivering supporting documents from my banks, On July 5th I receive a message from them indicating that by signing a document with certain conditions after 3 weeks the money would be returned to the bank account stipulated in the signed document, said document was signed and sent on July 5th and confirmed and received by them on July 9th, to date already It’s been more than 4 weeks and the document indicates that in 3 weeks I would receive the transfer to my account, not only do they lie but they have stopped responding to me, they do not give any response, this is unacceptable, exhausting to deal with a company with so little credibility and respect for the customer! I have decided to place this review so that no one is scammed and goes through this exhausting and tiring situation with a company that has no corporate ethics or values, in addition to scamming its customers, they provide poor customer service, it is not fair, I complied with what this company requested and I never received decent treatment as a customer, they exhausted me physically and mentally with this situation, it has never happened to me with any clothing brand or any other company! How unfortunate to have to go through this situation!
