Zeer goed contact met dit bedrijf via de mail gehad. In eerste instantie had ik maat 45 besteld van de Jim Morrison. Ik heb dit met hen retour kunnen sturen en kunnen omruilen voor een maat 44. De boots zitten geweldig! Het zijn mijn allereerste boots ever en ik wil nu al niet meer anders. Dit zit erover te denken om een tweede paar te kopen in een andere kleur. Ze zijn mega gaaf en zeer mooi afgewerkt. Ook heb ik een super gaaf biker jack gekocht bij hen en ook deze zit geweldig. Het leer is top en de pasvorm ook. Ik heb één verberpunt en dat is FedEx. Dit bedrijf is waardeloos als je dingen retour moet zenden. Ze komen namelijk bij je thuis langs en dit is niet te plannen of netjes af te spreken. Ze zouden beter voor een ander bedrijf kunnen kiezen. Echter Pochly zou ik aan iedereen aanraden.

I placed an order with pochly for a pair of their boots which although the high quality and fast shipping of my boots unfortunately they weren’t the right fit for me and I decided to return my order for a refund which pochly handled professionally and understandingly making my transaction with the them a pleasure, definitely recommend pochly 💜

Tres mauvaise experience avec cette entreprise.

Apres un achat d'une paire de chaussure qui ne m'allait pas, reçue le 16/01 et renvoyée le 17/01 à mes propres frais car les conditions de retours de Pochly sont désastreuses (renvoie sous 7 jours, ce qui dans mon cas était impossible pour raison de congé).
Les chaussures ont été reçues par Pochly et la reception a été confirmée par e-mail.

Après discussion hebdomadaire avec leur équipe de support, 5 semaines apres reception de ma commande je n'ai toujours pas été remboursée. Je ne suis pas le seul dans ce cas, lisez les autres avis.

Pour ce prix, il y a de bien meilleures marques avec un service client plus sérieux - je déconseille absolument.

Pochly, j'attends le remboursement. J'ai depose une plainte Paypal et demandé resolution.

Have received beautiful boots. There was a delay in posting but worth the wait.

J'ai d'abord commandé le modèle Jim Morrison. La pair était magnifique mais ne m'allait pas trop. POCHLY à gentillement accepté de m'envoyer un autre modèle. La communication a été très cordiale et éfficasse. Les chaussures sont magnifique. Super service, super produit.

I ordered a pair of boots from POCHLY and, while the delivery took longer than expected, the wait was worth it. The quality and craftsmanship are impressive—the leather feels great, and the design is both stylish and comfortable. I was initially worried due to some mixed reviews, but my experience turned out positive overall. They clearly take their time to ensure the product is flawless before shipping, which I appreciate. If they can improve their delivery times, they’d be perfect. I’d still recommend them for the amazing boots! 4/5.

Took a little bit longer to arrive but boots surpassed all expectations. I’ve owned boots of this kind before even more expensive than these but the Jim Morrison boots are the best boots so far the style and workmanship are top class. Will be ordering another pair soon.

Bought a pair of boots, after 4 weeks I filed a claim with credit card company as they never sent the boots and weren’t responding to emails.

I waited 4 months for boots to arrive, most of mails my mails they did not answer, when they finally arrived only because I was persistant I lost the pleasure of buying them. I haven't seen such unprofessional behavior and I buy everything online. We are talking about 500euros boots and it is a shame to do things like this to your costumers. I never write any feedbacks, this is my first because I feel so bad after this experience. I wasn't sure I would ever recieve them

Absolutely awful experience, I can only assume that the positive reviews on this site are written by friends of the company.

After having my emails ignored by this company they finally promised me a refund for my items returned on the 27th of August 24. They said it would come 2 months later.

No refund arrived, since then I have sent emails and had no response. I see on this page that many other clients have had the same experience

UPDATE - it is now the 26th of January, I have still not had a refund, the company even sent me an automated Happy New Years email asking if I was satisfied with their service. Salt in the wound. Naturally I replied and did not receive a response

Se mettiamo in considerazione che il capo viene prodotto per te, l’attesa ci sta.
Ho 30 anni e uo preso una XXL perché mi piace vestire comodo e ho le spalle, petto e schiena molto larghi. Mi piace lo stile anni 70/80. A me hanno risposto quasi subito, non escludo che a qualcuno possa essere capitato qualche problema o errore, siamo umani, non automi e bisogna anche autotutelarsi dai furbetti. Giacca presa a metà prezzo con il black friday. Capo imballato e sistemato bene, bravo anche il corriere. Ho ricevuto anche un codice sconto con lettera di ringraziamento.

Aggiornamento: la qualità del capo è molto scarsa. Cerniere che se ne vengono, bottoni che saltano. Cuciture penose. L’ho fatto vedere da una sarta ed è rimasta allibita. Ho capì di 20/30€ di ASOS che da 5 anni indosso e sono come nuovi.

Having ordered a pair of boots from Pochly I changed my mind and cancelled within a day of two, prior to the order being fulfilled.

So…..it was Black Friday week and the customer service was a bit slow …..however, after a few email conversations and a poor customer service review posted on Trustpilot, my request for a refund was accepted and acted upon swiftly.

I think to give the company the benefit of the doubt here is warranted.

I will probably purchase a product or products from them in the future.

Keep going with the great designs Pochly.

My third pair of Pochly boots - each one is a perfect fit.
