I had the worst experience with Pohly, and I strongly advise against purchasing from them.

It all started in May when I ordered a pair of shoes. A month went by, and I had to repeatedly follow up to understand why my order hadn’t arrived. Finally, after a month and a half, I was told there were “technical reasons” for the delay, and I’d need to wait until the end of September! To compensate for the delay, they promised a belt as a gift.

While waiting, I decided to buy a jacket from their site. It arrived relatively quickly, but it looked nothing like it did on the website— completely disappointing. I immediately requested a return. Pohly didn’t respond for months, until September, leaving me in limbo with no updates about the shoes, the jacket return, or the belt they promised me as compensation for the shoe delay.

Eventually, I received the shoes but not the promised belt. They organise a shipment Service to pick up the jacket, but here we are at the end of November, and I still haven’t received my refund for the returned jacket.

Pohly’s customer service is abysmal—nonexistent, really. Their communication is unreliable, and they don’t honor their promises. What should have been a simple shopping experience turned into months of frustration.

On top of that, I’m still waiting for €228 in back payment for the jacket return, and at this point, I genuinely believe they might be trying to steal the money from me.

Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. Pohly is the definition of poor service and empty promises.

Nice product but delivery lead-time is unbelievable. Order confirmed early February 2024, expected shipping date mid February. Boots finally delivered mid October 2024 after 8 months back and forth emails. No communication at all from Pochly except when sending order status requests and complaints.

Don’t worry much about the mixed reviews on Pochley down below. I just got my Jim Morrison black leather boots and yes they’re the best alternative to the saint laurent Lukas. Quality, shape and the overall leather is extremely good even when compared to my hedi slp wyatss. I recommend 1000%

I hope for the futur they will be on time with delivery because the veaty and quatily of booths are beatiful

Best boots I’ve ever bought. They are comfy and very stylish. Highly recommend

Never got my money back after sending back the order. Tried to communicate (sent 7 emails) without any luck

I just bought a pair of muddy waters curved line boots and couldn't be happier. I was a little skeptical based on the reviews I had seen on this website but went ahead and got a pair. Shipping was shockingly fast. The materials and construction of the boots are top quality. I own several pairs of high end boots and these fit right in with craftsmanship of a pair twice the price. Did I mention they look incredible? If you're looking for a cheaper ysl style boot you have found it and they may actually be better made.

J’ai lu de nombreux commentaires négatifs concernant Pochly. Mon expérience était idéale, j’ai commandé, deux jours après il m’ont envoyé mes chaussures et les ai reçu dans les délais.

The Company are not trustful, this is a scam Company that dont deliver . I have been waiting for the boots that I paid for since febuary and still no boots.

Ich kann nur vor Bestellungen warnen. Seit März 2024 nach Bestellung und Zahlung keine Lieferung. Anfragen werden nicht oder sehr verzögert beantwortet und man wird vertröstet. Einer Angabe, es würde nun geliefert folgte nichts. Aufforderungen den Kaufbetrag zurückzuerstatten werden ignoriert. Pochly ist wirklich unseriös.

Anmerkung:
Die Rückzahlung erfolgte nicht, wie hier von Pochly behauptet. Am 22.10. erfolgte jedoch die Lieferung.

Ihre Antwort ist nicht verständlich. Sie haben behauptet am 11.05.2024 eine Rückerstattung gemacht zu haben. Das ist nicht erfolgt. Tatsächlich haben sie wie oben erwähnt am 22.10.2024 geliefert nachdem ich mehrfach eine Rückerstattung gefordert hatte. Meine Anfragen wurden nur manchmal und sehr verzögert beantwortet.
Mein Rat an Pochly den Kundenservice zu verbessern.

I was promised refund 19.07, but still no boots or money. Everything they say is a lie.

Good people, I encourage you all to write here about your bad experience, that's the only way they can stop scamming anyone.

19.07 and I still haven't received either the boots or the refund. They contacted me and started messing around again and demanded that I then remove the feedback.

It's been my most terrible e-shoppin experience. Waited for 4 months for my boots, they we're making excuses, until the just finished answering my messages. It must be that they are not scamming everyone, but maybe 20% of their clients.
Homepage and social media look cool, but don't be fooled. AVOID at any cause.

Innanzitutto il dealer non può consegnare o fa il morto, quando fai pressione su PayPal succede qualcosa; Poi ti vengono consegnate le scarpe sbagliate, il reso è un'avventura Se non stai attento e chiudi la pratica Paypal, probabilmente non ti verranno nemmeno restituiti i soldi. La cosa si trascina ormai da 2 mesi e c'era sempre il rischio che il rivenditore ti derubasse, il che è un peccato perché le scarpe sono belle e fatte molto bene. Non sono disposto a fare affari in queste dubbie condizioni. Non mi sono mai imbattuto in nulla del genere e ordino regolarmente dall'Italia, sempre in modo affidabile e con mia soddisfazione. gente, tenete le mani lontane!

Scam site!

I waited 6 months for my shoes to arrive. Many back and forth emails about production delays, and then for months being told my shoes were ready and shipping this week. Follow-up emails would again tell me "this week", but nothing was ever sent.

I requested a refund, but this was ignored until i eventually opened a dispute via my credit card company. Through this route my order was cancelled, and my credit card company refunded me the money.

Besides trying to scam you out of your money Pochly will also waste so much of your time! Don't be fooled by their glossy website!
