Hallo,
Ich habe eine Bestellung im März des Jahres 2024 aufgegeben. Bis heute (Mitte Juli) des Jahres 2024 ist nichts angekommen.
Bei mehrmaligen Anfragen auf eine Rückerstattung oder die Anfrage wo das Produkt bleibt, gibt es entweder gar keine oder nur sehr wenige Antworten.

Ho sbagliato taglia nell’acquistare il capo scelto, ma l’azienda non ha battuto ciglio nel sostituirmelo con la taglia più adeguata.
Ci è voluto un po’ di tempo, ma credo perché hanno dovuto produrre il capo nella taglia da me richiesta in sostituzione.
Quindi sono pienamente soddisfatto, anche se ho dovuto attendere un po’.

ITS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY.

I have purchased shoes from Pochley for £500 and had a required time for them to be delivered. I made contact with them to make sure they would arrive, although I was advised they would arrive, they haven’t. I had to purchase another pair of shoes from another store. I put in a request for a refund and it is nearly 3 months and I am yet to receive a substantive response. I have never been more shocked and angry with a companies customer service before. This company is clearly run by scammers, for those who wish to purchase anything from Pochly, please please please please do not waste your hard earned money on a company who makes you feel as invaluable as them. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY, YOULL REGRET IT JUST AS I DID. Please read the reviews and you will realise the theme, it’s not happened once or twice. The proofs in the pudding.

I ordered boots from this company 3 months ago and still haven’t received my pair. After the first month I wrote costumer service via email to see what was going on and they asked for some more time. When that allotted time was up they asked for more and when that time was up they stopped responding to my emails. Now I’m on the phone with my credit card because I feel like this company may be scam artist.

The Quality is Good no question everything is done great except one thing. I ordered the Jimi Hendrix Boots and they sent me the completely wrong shoe that I didn’t even order. I didn’t notice and wore them once and now they won’t refund it.

i baught a pair of muddy waters boots. the first time i wore them both zippers broke. so i returned them. and got them back repaired. the first time i wore them, one zipper broke. so i asked to give them back and get a refund. after weeks of no replication i got a tag to send them back, which i did. again i was asked if i wanted to have them repaired. 3 messages and a few weeks later, pochly agreed to refund the shoes. this is more than 4 weeks ago. since then i havent seen no money, dont have the boot anymore, no answers from the customer service nothing.

although the boots are stylish and even the lether seems of high quality, theres a lack of fabrication for a shoe in this pricerange (400-500€). anyways, customerservice is a desaster!

again i am kindly asking to get my money back, but hopes are gone.

Theses people are scammer!
They deliberately waited that I close my PayPal case to not refund me and send me the boots despite me asking to do a refund.
2 month waiting, 1 month asking for a refund as the boots never came, and now I can’t open a case anymore!

Ho ordinato un paio di stivali Jim Morrison in data 12/03 con ordine di acquisto #2957, a due mesi dall’acquisto non ho ancora ricevuto gli stivali ed a continue richieste di aggiornamenti e spiegazioni non ho ricevuto altro che tardivi e continui “verifichiamo e le facciamo sapere”.
Ho richiesto il modulo per il rimborso ma non mi hanno fatto sapere niente, come per gli stivali. Non mi sembra il modo di lavorare. Esperienza pessima.

A waiting for long time

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT I repeat DO NOT purchase anything from Pochly, I have spent nearly £400 for men’s boots for my sons wedding on 5th March and and I am writing this review on the 13th April and I am yet to receive confirmation of when my item will be delivered. They take your money and forget about you the second after that. It is a scam, they don’t care about their customers, you cannot even speak to them directly, even an email to them takes 5 days for them to reply. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT spend your money with this company, you will regret it!

J'ai pré-commandé le modèle "JIM MORRISON" le 26 février
l'envoie devait se faire le 7 mars puis finalement décalé au 22 mars.
Je n'ai rien reçu à ce jour...

It is a scam. DONT buy anything from them if you want to have shoes or money. Bought shoes back in November, received wrong shoes, send them back. So since December I am trying to get my money back. No luck. Beware of them at any cost. P.S after extensive emails back and forth my issue was resolved, I got my refund back.

I purchased the Muddy Waters boots in December 2023. I found the shoes to be of high quality and stylish, and I wore them frequently over the following two months. Unfortunately, I then noticed that the sole of one of the boots was starting to come unstuck. I contacted customer service, who promptly replied and offered to repair the shoes and send them back to me. They arranged for collection at my convenience, and the boots were returned to me within two weeks. They had been repaired, ironed, and polished.

I’m sure the quality is good, I just haven’t received yet

Long story short: Boots ordered on 24th November 2023, delivered on 29th Dec. Did not fit, were immediately returned by Fedex. Delivered back to Pochly on 11th January 2024. Now it's 6th March and I don't have my money back. I asked for refund multiple times, reminded them multiple times. They do have my credit card number, iban etc. They don't communicate. Scammers. I've made official complaint to Česká obchodní inspekce and going to Police station today.

Do not buy from this site.
I bought a product from this site in September and returned it as the size was much bigger than it should be.
They said they would process a refund.
5 months later I still have not received my refund. I have sent multiple emails and they said they would refund. Now they are just ignoring my emails.

Je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon colis après 1 mois

I have had my Pochly "JIMI HENDRIX" Side Zip Boot Python-Effect boots for only about two weeks. Wow; they are terrific! The fit is perfect. It’s exactly as if a custom shoemaker measured my feet and made them from scratch. I’ve already received several compliments, but I do like to think I’m the type who wears what he wants, regardless of what people say, good or bad. When I read other reviews about different products, I’m leery of old reviews and especially those that are given not long after the product is received (just like this post). I would prefer to see reviews after the reviewer has owned the product for a while, but that is not going to happen. I’m saying this because I expect these high-quality boots to hold up fantastically over the years. So far, I highly recommend these Pochly boots with no hesitation. They’re amazing!
