With a few days delay due to the transport company, I received the Muddy Waters boots that I ordered. The quality is truly exceptional and so is the packaging. I was patient and ordered them at a promotional price, an extra point! I mention that with the delivery I received a coupon with a 20% discount for the next order that will be soon. Best experience, best quality...according to my expectations.

I ordered the Muddy Waters in black calf and the quality and fit is unparallelled. I was just delighted when I opened the box and tried them on. I just ordered a Jimmy Hendricks also in black leather. And I was even more delighted when a received a response to an email about when a boot now out of stock would be back in stock.

Slow respond and limited comunication from Pochly side...

But it's worth to be patient.

C'est la première fois que je mets un avis, j'espère qu'il sera utile aux consommateurs comme aux vendeurs. L'attente d'un mois et 3 semaines n'est pas un problème en soit, enfin pour la période de Noël j'aurais aimé être prévenu que le 25 décembre il n'y aurait rien sous le sapin, le seul pb c'est le manque terrible de communication. Cependant une fois que la paire arrivée, exactement au moment où on ne l'attendait plus, on comprend que l'attente valait la peine, bottes de très bonne manufacture. Améliorez simplement votre service client, et cette marque méritera une plus grande audience.

Prodotto eccellente, fitting superbo, design top. Se migliorassero nel Customer Care, sarebbero un'azienda di eccellenza ma sono giovani e lo farenno di certo. Due paia di boot acquistati, due prodotti top nei materiali e nella costruzione.

Customer experience was a nightmare, after weeks of waiting and emails and IG messages without answers, they finally explained they had a problem with the sole and had to re-launch a production.
Yet, they finally made an offer to apologize (which I declined because it wasn't the shoes I wanted).
I have to say that I'm very happy with the shoes (I ordered two pairs). Great lines, great quality.
It's just too bad they don't answer unless you really really insist. Just an email explaining the situation would have been enough.

Se uno ama il rock roll e le sue sfaccettature,allora questo sito (pochly) e perfetto mai visto un sito cosi assortito, stile e soprattutto qualità che lo rende speciale. Consiglio vivamente di comprare da loro sono sicuro che ne resterete soddisfatti come lo sono io!.

The shoes arrived quickly and priced correctly but they are NOT as they are pictured on the Facebook ad. I ordered the Muddy Waters--the short video of the ad on Facebook shows that the top shaft of the boot is flexible and creases. The boots that arrived are completely stiff and hard--the leather is non-flexible. The ad looks to have a thinner material which allows for the flexing and crease--what was delivered is far from that. They are beautiful and appear well-made but they're definitely not like the short video. I haven't worn them other than to try them on but since the return policy is only 7 days, I guess I'm stuck with these.

Después de un mes sigo sin recibir mi paquete, no se preocupan por ti en absoluto, las botas serán bonitas que aún no lo sé pero dejan mucho que desear como profesionales.

Tanto per cominciare non ho ricevuto l’articolo da me richiesto che mi è stato poi sostituito con quello corretto e fino a qui ok, poi ho ordinato un’altro articolo che mi avevano garantito al 100% la consegna in 48 ore quando invece l’ho ricevuto dopo 5 giorni e per scusarsi del disagio subito me lo scontavano del 15% quando poi nel primo ordine effettuato mi mandano un voucher con il 20%
che però’ dopo un giorno è stato messo con il 40%, per concludere, l’assistenza al cliente è pessima. Mi dispiace ma non comprerò più nulla!

high-end quality, attractive price, very fast and secure delivery...!

This was the first time buying a jacket with Pockly. Unfortunately I found the company very slow to respond to messages, order times to be despatched were late, they did not send the right size which lead to further delays and then was told they did not even have the material to make a new one in the right size!!! more delays. Thankfully I had bought the jacket through a financial institution (Klarna) who interviened on my behalf to get a refund. Six weeks of wasted time! judging by the amount of complaints this company has they need to address all of there internal issues. I will not buy anything from this company again.

Love these Jim Morrison boots. Very comfortable and made to the highest quality. Great style!
