Boots are a great fit, my son loves it.
Was good except when I get emails not in English

I reside in the USA and made a purchase of a pair of shoes through the Pochly website back in December 2022. Promptly upon receiving the shoes, I initiated a return process. I received a confirmation email acknowledging the arrival of the shoes I returned in perfect condition. Furthermore, they assured me that a full refund would be processed within the coming business days.

However, it has now been a staggering nine months, and I have yet to see the reimbursement. In fact I’m editing this review as I finally just received my refund after writing this negative review. Regrettably, Pochly has persistently cited excuses, attributing the delay to issues with their banking system. These poor excuses has not only been exceedingly frustrating but also raises concerns about the legality of withholding my funds.

For reference, my order number is #2244.

I must express my strong disapproval of Pochly's conduct and unequivocally discourage any future transactions with this website.

I possess an email trail that substantiates all my claims, and I recently posted a comment on their Instagram page, which resulted in being blocked. This blatant lack of professionalism raises serious questions about their continued operation.

I am very disappointed with my purchase experience and it had to take this negative review to finally receive my refund 9 months later.

Worst eshop experience in my life. Took a month since the order was delivered. Took more than 2 week to get any response from them. After that i wrote them that i want to cancel my order. I did it twice. After a week they wrote they have just sent the order! Arrogance is real. Boots are nice, but i wouldnt say its worth of the money.

Excellent quality.
I bought a pair of 40mm heel harness Chelsea boots.
Upon receipt, the quality couldn't be better: excellent detail, superior quality materials, great construction and even the packaging was premium.

Ordering was easy, delivery fast but most importantly, I can safely say that after spending better half of a year in them, both pair of boots that I ordered from Pochly (formerly known as Posh Italy) are fantastic in both looks and especially quality. Aside from being beautifully crafted, these boots are extremely tough and durable, while still being super comfortable. Short break-in is required, of course but once they set around your feet, you might as well live in them. I wasn't expecting these boots to compete with my Wescos or Chippewas but they do.
All in all, I can't recommend Pochly high enough & not just for the price as these boots would be worth it at a higher price-point.

I own a lot of Boots and the ones I purchased at pochly (Elvis Presley), 3 weeks ago, are already among my favourites.
Great quality which you can see in all the tiny details.
In my case, the shipping time was a little longer (4 Weeks), because of some faulty zips, which they took care of.
I was asking them about the shipping date and they answered directly, so great customer service as well.
Great Boots, I love em and I will purchase another one for sure.

Haven‘t received my refund for over 2 months now. After back and forth with the support and countless „we are by your side and are confident we will resolve this issue“, i am now forced to take legal steps.

Since they are now trying to lie about issuing my refund on time in order to get this negative review taken down, i will go into detail a little more.
31.1.2023 was my first email to the support team, informing them about my return
At first they informed me that returning shoes that were on sale is impossible by their policy, which is completely irrelevant since their policy violates the European E-Commerce law.
They then decided to take the shoes back.
9.2.2023 was the date that the delivery van picked up my package
Fast forward, after countless emails back and forth about when they are going to send me my money they said it won‘t take longer than 1 month.
On 31.3.2023 i involved my lawyer since there was still no sign of my money.
Everything came to an end when i wrote this trustpilot review which somehow got to them and they issued my refund but 40€ short of the price i payed because else „they would experience operating loss“.
Now they are trying their best to get this review removed, but my opinion stands and i have evidence to back up everything i said.
I would not recommend buying from such a unserious and horribly organized company to anyone reading this.

Communication was prompt. Boots were sent out the soonest and I got them in 6 days counting from the day I placed my order! Boots are beautiful and it has been a great experience shopping with them.

I order boot I got it on time. It was a one size bigger. I returned it. I got in one size smaller love it. Great customer service. Love the boot
