Love the new style of the Enzo and quality of the suede. Great feeling walking the streets of NYC with shoes that people gawk at (especially women), good conversation starters as well.

A little bit of separation on the inner arches of the shoes, hoping this won't effect long term performance of the shoe. Other than that, wonderful product and trusted brand (4th pair purchased).

Sent three emails asking for return help, including shipping label, received no reply. First email was 10 days ago. The return window is now closing, so I’m pretty well stuck.

I bought a pair of the brown enzo boots during the sale. I was excited because they are truly beautiful, but my pair unfortunately came heavily distressed around the shaft of the boots and in one boot the leather itself was thinned around the zip. I reached out for help on friday through IG and they asked for my order number the next morning, I sent it the same day but no response till now and its Tuesday night.

Maybe they're still busy from black friday so I'll wait a few more days before trying anything else. If there are any updates then I'll also update this review.

The other reviews look great. However, I placed an order 12 days and it states express next day delivery and nothing. 4 emails and reverted to contacting PayPal, still nothing. £350 paid for boots that have not been received. Very disappointing.

This is the third time I bought From The First. Wow, I’m blown away at their craftsmanship. Just when I thought these boots were perfect, they made improvements from when I bought a year ago, the bottom soles have grips added to them. I didn’t have to go to my cobbler to get it done. Only thing is that their insoles suck, but that does not take away from my review, if you buy a Dr. Scholls insert these boots feel like sneakers and you will be good. Other than that great product, this is why I’m a lifelong fan of the brand. Also great customer service, fast responses and fast shipping even though they are halfway around the world. Got my boots in 5 days, from the time I ordered them! Thanks

Boots came nice and quick.

Perfect fit and superb quality

Some intro; I live in the EU and so far, I bought four pairs of boots directly from FTF. First pair I bought pre-Brexit. Second pair, post-Brexit, boots arrived quickly, zero import taxes as they were shipped from Italy. Ditto for my last purchase.

Earlier this year, FTF had a big sale and on 29th of May so I pulled a trigger on another pair.

Approx. four days later I receive a call from DHL requesting the receipt in order to determine the value of the package & informing me that upon delivery, I would have to pay an additional 55% of that value for import duties and taxes. I refuse delivery & immediately email FTF, only to learn that all the sale items are shipped from their UK warehouse. The owner suggests that since they haven't been perfectly clear on the origin of shipping, they are willing to refund what I paid minus 40 quid, how much the shipping cost is. A lot but as I should've read the (updated) FAQ more carefully, I agree.

Later that day, I call UPS to tell them to send the package back to FTF, only to learn that since the initial shipping paperwork wasn't in order anyway (declared value missing), the return process is already on the way.

In short, I never saw the package. Fine.

Phone call from DHL two weeks later, apparently FTF needs to approve return. The hell? I contact FTF, they say sure, we'll look into it.

Another week goes by, boots still with DHL. I call them, demand they send the package back. They finally do. Some days after, once the tracking info confirmed the package has indeed been returned, I email FTF immediately, no reply. Several emails that I had sent throughout the following weeks all go ignored.

Time goes by. In the meantime, I arrange a two week trip to London & on July 22nd, I email FTF yet again, politely suggesting that if a refund is such a problem, I will more than happily simply collect my boots once I'm in UK.

No reply.

Attempts at communication throughout my entire London stay also failed utterly of course and my "luck" hasn't changes since I got back, either. As stated, having completely given up on a refund, at this point I was only trying to arrange a delivery of my boots.

By the way, in the midst of all this, FTF released a pair of boots I really liked (Dante) & since these were getting shipped directly from Italy, I decided I wouldn't miss out them simply out of spite. This time, however, I figured I'd communicate with FTF exclusively through IG to see how'd that turn out and of course, all my inquiries regarding my new purchase got promptly answered. Once I did finally get these new boots, I politely disclosed that I am still hoping we could somehow resolve my earlier purchase which, you've guessed it, immediately resulted in termination of any further communication.

So yeah, at this point, I have pretty much accepted the fact that my 250 GBP have been stolen. I really like the boots Posh Italy makes for FTF but the ordeal I have (and still am) going through, killed all the love I have had for the brand. Frankly, I'm just sad, is all...

Awesome product, shipping was pretty fast. Only issue I have is that I had to post a comment on the instagram to get attention to my customer support emails after 4 days. This might just be because my emails were so close to black Friday though.

I am a fan of rock and roll culture, and there are almost no such things now. More and more it looks like a fake, but FROMTHEFIRST is generally a godsend for me. I'm shocked at how good the quality is. I think I'll buy the whole store soon

OMG! I bought the Enzo 40mm Black Harness Boots and cannot believe how good the boots look like! Can definitely compete with the high end brands! Love it that they are slim, which I go for in boots. Delivery was smooth and quick as well. Will definitelygoing to buy again, planning to buy the brown one with fringes. I don't know why it says UAE though, I am based in the UK. Recommendable.

I ordered a pair of Dante boots recently and decided to go half a size up, which worked out perfectly! The ankle fits snuggly, so it takes a few wears to break in the boots and make them easier to get on. Overall I'm very happy with the quality and fit of my "From the First" boots!

These people are excellent, and it's a pleasure to deal with them. They are forthright with both good and terrible information that I required to hear. Most importantly, they have made me feel at ease with the treatments.
