Company lost a pallet of shoes
Company lost a pallet of shoes. My order from November has still not been delivered and the customer service has been the worst I’ve ever dealt with. No word about a refund. No word about any orders being shipped out. Absolutely horrible. Do NOT buy.

Could not get response for over a week when emailing to return.
Started a complaint with Paypal and that went no where.
wound up getting a return label from these people and it suprisingly got lost in the return mail.. very suspicious dealings with these people and then this dude Joshua did not like me letting him know that he dropped the ball and now my boots are lost and I know that they have them and I cannot prove this because apparantly the waybill number has been lost.. really?!
I will never purchase anything from a company that is from their area again..

Update, Thanks to the previous user FTF finally reacted after I filed a dispute on Paypal as well. So everyone please do choose Paypal as your payment method if you can! It seems to be the only way to get their attention if you had any after-sales issues.
I have purchased 2 pairs of boots and one of them came in with an obvious breakage underneath the zipper. Considering the price and reputation FTF has, I find it totally unacceptable.
Also, I contacted Joshua before I placed the order I got the feedback the next day. When I emailed again about the inferior-quality product they are sending out (with pictures) and requested a return or at least some sort of allowance, I got ignored same as many other customers who run into the same issue.
I would like to express my disappointment towards the brand and I also believe with their poor quality control and unprofessional behavior, the brand will pay the price eventually.
So for anyone who's considering purchasing their boots, just keep in mind you might be the next one to receive defective goods with no possibility to return them. Cheers.

Buy them. If your an Aussie 12 then their UK12 / Euro46 will fit perfectly. Aust use the UK sizing last. I’m a big lump of a bloke with giant farm feet. Dress boots/shoes rarely fit me due to narrow toe boxes. I’m usually reserved mugging clowns when a Circus rolls into town to get boots
FTF UK12 say equiv Euro46 & I never buy 46 (I need 47/48 for toe room) but FTF46 are a true UK / Aussie size 12 with good design in the toe box.
The quality of this boot & leather is truly superb. Inside leather lining is silky smooth to help sliding your foot in. The side
zip & stitching is top notch & fluid to use. A snug fit at my very first try as a good brand new boot should be. I’ve bought a lot of boots that I know will wear in perfectly & also bought several I knew I shouldn’t have bought from initial try on. FTF are most def in the ‘how a brand new boot should feel’ category, firm yet no pressure points which is paramount so they are clearly well shaped to allow the leather to form to your foot with use. Good leather boots mold to your foot whereas poor design never corrects itself

Joshua made this a pleasant transaction by being both knowledgeable and helpful with my exchange. Once the company offered to fix the unfortunate mistake of losing my boots, I was helped with choosing the correct size. I purchased the new Python Enzo and he recommended I size down for a more snug fit. He was right, I love my new boots and can’t wait to purchase another pair from this company.

Great design and quality on the updated Enzo boots, so good that I got two pairs. I did get the Diego boots as well but they were a bit uncomfortable in the toe area and thought I'd ask for an exchange through Instagram since FTF was quite responsive when I first messaged them. I haven't heard back so I figured I'd stick a big shoe tree to stretch em out.(Not knocking them for lack of response, I get things can get busy it's life)Other than that it's been a good experience so far and have gotten many compliments, thanks.

Working with this company and its owner is always a pleasure . The general outlook and business practices are first class and very forward thinking . Five stars are not enough .
Bad quality control and customer service
Received a pair of Dante boots with crooked stiching on one shoe. Communication was smooth up until the point where I brought up the issues with the product and wanted an exchange. They just stopped replying to my email. Seeing many people here have experienced with the poor customer service, I can only assume they are intentionally ignoring my emails. Stay away!

Bad quality boots and dishonest customer service. I bought a pair of black Diego boots in my usual size and they were huge. I emailed customer service about an exchange and they offered to charge me $50.00 to exchange the boots for a smaller size. This offer was unethical because (at that time) I could return for $10.00 (prepaid label) and then order a new size for free (free U.S. shipping). I quickly declined their offer. I've tried on three pair of their boots in total, and all got returned. The quality is poor and the one pair of boots that I kept I ended up selling online because they killed my feet and ankles. Run from this company. You're better off paying more money for the real thing.

Bad QC and non-existent customer service
Ordered a pair of ochre Enzo boots on 3rd Dec. The boots arrived quickly but the QC was poor, they came with a number of marks to the suede and some rough edges. As they’re not inexpensive, I emailed requesting a replacement or refund. To date, no response has been received. Not even an acknowledgment that they’re working to review the matter. I have sent numerous chasers and still nothing. I won’t be ordering from them again and, in light of their total disregard for customer service, I will shortly be issuing a letter before claim. More than anything, it’s just frustrating as I now have to lose a load of time to this cowboy outfit (pun intended). I also note that from their terms that they don’t refund items purchased on sale, which is against the law. Consumers purchasing online have the right to a full refund provided they notify the seller that they would like to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery.
Beware of non existing customer-service
I ordered some Luca boots at the Black Friday sale in the end of November. They arrived swiftly and are very good quality.
Unfortunately they were way to small so I could not even try them on. That is why I wanted to return them and wrote several emails and Instagram dms to From the First. Unfortunately even after more than 2 weeks I haven’t heard anything back from them… My assumption is that they purposefully wait so that your exchange time frame expires.. that is pretty frustrating for shoes that are on the pricier end.
As I already said the quality is really good and the boots look great but the customer-service is absolutely horrible.. don’t order from them if you are unsure about size and want to return them!
