That's it. I ordered during the black friday sale in 2023, now its going to be one year, and I am still battling everyday to get my refund. For the past 9 months, I am still waiting in vain.

My experience with From The First has been extremely disappointing. After returning a pair of boots to them in May 2024, I have been left in the dark with no refund in sight. Despite following their return process exactly as instructed, they have failed to issue my refund, and all of my emails and follow-up attempts have been completely ignored.

In addition to this, I placed an order for a belt in April 2024, which was supposed to ship within 12 weeks. It is now mid-August, over 15 weeks later, and I still have not received the belt. There has been no communication from the company about the delay, adding to my frustration.

Even after escalating the refund issue to my credit card payment provider, From The First waited until the very last day and contested my refund request, which has further prolonged the process of getting my money back. This deliberate delay shows a complete lack of customer care and accountability.

I also left three reviews of the items I purchased on their website, reflecting my frustrating experience. I validated my reviews through the email link as a confirmed buyer, but they chose not to publish any of the negative feedback. It appears they only display positive reviews, which is misleading and unethical.

It is incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that offers zero support after taking your money. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from From The First. The risk of being ignored and left without your money or products is too great. This company is an absolute fraud, and I deeply regret doing business with them. I will not make that mistake again.

I am writing this review on 8/8/2024. I ordered boots from this company on April 1, 2024 and I still have not gotten my boots. When I ordered the website stated that it may take up to 12 weeks to get boots. here it is mid-August. When I emailed them to inquire the status of my order it took them 4 weeks to reply. They only stated that they were having production issues and that boots would arrive as soon as possible. all other emails have not been replied to. I literally just finished canceling the order with credit card company. I ordered 3 pairs of boots at over 1,400 dollars and this is the way they treat their customers. Take my advice do not order from this company. I have never encountered such poor customer service anywhere.

I recently purchased a pair of boots from FROMTHEFIRST, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The craftsmanship is outstanding, providing both durability and style. The boots are incredibly comfortable straight out of the box. Customer service was excellent, they helped sort out an exchange for another size quickly. Highly recommended.

My name is Sunday. I placed an order for men's Chelsea boot, the order did not arrive for more than six months, order reference number is #8682. I requested for the cancellation of the order after six months of waiting and not receiving my order. I requested for a refund, which they said it would take 7 to 10 working days to get my refund. It is now more than two months after I requested for a refund, but I am yet to receive my refund. I have emailed the customer support services three times over the refund but didn't get a single reply. This only demonstrates to me that the company is trying to defraud customers in similar situation like me of our money by not refunding us.

Ordered boots in March. You receive a nice "welcome" (presumably auto) email from "Joshua". That is the end of it.
No boots. No response to any emails to customer support or "Joshua".
It seems that historically they did supply product, but currently, they are taking $ with no intention of fulfilling orders or responding to any customer enquiries.
It is likely they have gone out of business, and frankly it is no surprise. AVOID.

I think there’s some narrow minded people leaving reviews. I ordered a pair on Black Friday and was advised they were a pre-order. I waited 12 weeks and was told they’d be a little longer and they arrived shortly after. I was emailed by mistake but thankfully they exceeded expectations as I was happy to wait anyway. The boots are incredible. Yes, the company may suffer from slow customer service at times, but this is why we support new start ups. I was also assured by Joshua that they’ve invested in their service and are trying their best to improve.

I ordered a pair 5 months ago, numerous unresponded emails later, still nothing. Don't buy from them, they're a massive scam. They still post stories on insta so it's not like the business is bust, they're purposefully scamming customers. If anyone is interested in suing them drop me a line, my lawyer is looking into it, thanks!

I purchased two pair of boots from this business and I was one of the few who actually received their package. I tried to contact them to exchange. They did not contact me back for months. "Joshua" responded once, then continued to ignore email after email (which seems to be a common trend). I paid for shipping back to GB ($120) and they received the package BUT NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY. I spent over $1,000 of my hard earned money trying to support these thieves. I have been making sure to tell everyone I know who has similar tastes to avoid purchasing ANYTHING from this site, particularly if you're in the US - you don't have as many protections incase they decide to steal. Don't waste your money.

I have never bought anything from this place before, but I have seen some reviews of people liking their stuff so I gave it a try. What a mistake, I placed my order on 24 of November and I have not seen or heard anything other than them taking money from my account and registered that I bought the product.
I have tried contacting them multiple times through 3 different email accounts and through Instagram. Complete silence.

I would not advice anyone to buy from this brand. I don't think their products are that expensive, but if you never get your products then it indeed is.

Previously purchased two pairs of boots that I was very happy with. Unfortunately, customer service has since fallen off a cliff, seven emails sent, not a single acknowledgement received regarding my third order placed in December. I'm beginning to wonder if they are still trading.

Bad experience after bad experience with these guys.

Contacted support after receiving a bad quality boot (inside some wrongly placed in).

No refunds, then radio silence after explaining, no customer service, terms and conditions you do not have to accept but you still are eligible for them.

I do not know where the good reviews come from, first time ordering here I had to wait 24 weeks plus for my boots and they having excuses about lost pallet and being locked out of their socials,… eventually got a refund trough PayPal claims. Then they stated hopefully we can make it up one day.

I taught maybe I should give the brand another try. It can happen to all of us. However worst mistake I made. Same old same old.

So this is the second pair of shoes I’ve bought here, the first pair are amazing quality and I’ve had no issues with them, the second pair had a fault within a couple of weeks of purchasing, and I’ve spent the last 4 months trying to get in contact with them. I have not had a single reply to the 6 emails I’ve sent. I’m at a bit of a loss as to what to do, I like their shoes but I’m just getting ignored when the shoes are faulty. It’s sad that I have to take this to citizens advice but I don’t really have another option at this stage.

The shoes are normally great but if you have an issue then you’re unlikely to get a solution from the company.

They delivered a very low finished boot to my address. The quality design was awful and the boot stained in black ink my hands and sofa. I complained about it to joshua who apparently must be the only person who works as customer service as it takes ages for him to reply for a full refund. Meanwhile the days are passing and I don’t even know if they will ever reply.

Their website says: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return, please be sure of your size before ordering to avoid disappointment. Made-to-order items are strictly non-returnable. For all other orders, the returns period is 14 days from the date of receiving.“

I bought my boots on Black Friday, but if they came faulty is not my problem and they shouldn’t make me waste my time. I am so upset about the stain in my sofa that am about to take it much further if I do not receive a prompt reply.
