Ordered and received my boots within 2 days to NY fantastic service! The quality is unreal, and they’re the most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned.

It has now been 10 months since I placed my order, and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. It is totally scammed

Order on the 27/09/2024 from stock - today it is the 26/09/2025 and I still haven't received my boots.
I have sent +30 emails but no a single reply.
So now I am left with no boots and less bucks.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY!!

Definitely got scammed by this company. Ordered a boots many months ago, wrote emails, sent a DM and even tried commenting on their posts (they restricted my account by the way so other users can’t see it), no response no nothing. I’m already trying to collaborate with my bank to get my money back, I wonder how are they still running? Can we all do our part and report them as scam and fraudulent on Instagram so their page can stop running? It pisses me off how I’m seeing their ads appearing on my feed… This got to stop…

Ordered a pair of boots over four month ago, after being told it would be 12 weeks. Customer service has never answered a single email. The website has no phone number or address, making it impossible to communicate any other way.
I believed I've been scammed and I'm out a lot of money.

Love these boots. Ordered and paid for 3 other pairs including the red grey and black but haven’t received nor gotten response. One order was $1800 for two pair and have heard nothing since March. The owner has always been responsive but on these 3 pair heard nothing. About $2300 worth of shoes.

absolut terrible experience. ordered boots, waiting whole 6 months and they still did not arrive. gladly i paid with paypapl so i could get my money back.

the support is also worst than terrible. never got an answer, needed to bag to get any info on what happens with the order. will never never buy anything again from this brand.

I complained about sending the wrong product and your company acknowledged the mistake, so I emailed twice about the exchange or refund, but I couldn't get a response. It's an unreliable brand and I don't want to recommend it to people around me.

Never received my order. I've tried contacting them these past 9 months regarding the order and to at least get my money back, and they never once replied. Very disappointed.

I like the style and the design, however sizing is off. I purchased a size 43 and it is more like a size 44.

We’re now at October 10th, 2025, and the boots I ordered still haven’t arrived. No response or update from you at all — I’m really disappointed.

They were great at communicating when you’re purchasing with sizing but now I have heard nothing from this company.
