I assumed Formuland was a big company because of their great prices and quick shipping but they are a small business with the best customer service I’ve ever experienced with online shopping. Buying overseas formula is stressful and they made it so seamless. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Formula land goes above and beyond
Formula land is very easy to order from and their customer support is the best I’ve ever experienced. They respond back quickly and go above and beyond. My original order had shipping delays and I was concerned as I was running low on my formula so they expedited 2day shipping a complimentary can of my formula for me!

Excellent customer service
I've used this site for all four of my babies. WAY better formulas than the US brands. The first three babies used the same formula, and all my interactions and orders were great. I was recommending them to everyone. My fourth babe turns out to be complete opposite in sensitivities from my first three so we've bounced around on formula brands and compositions (cow, goat, PRE, etc.). The day I received an order I decided to return it, but I was at work and my husband was at home with our girls (one was home sick from school). He didn't see my message about waiting to open the new formula. Customer service was SUPER nice about my wanting to get a different formula and offered a store credit for an unopened box. They helped me initiate a return, and then emailed back and forth a handful of times helping me with discount codes from my points redemptions for a new order. After that was settled, my husband calls and says he DID open the new formula, so I had to email them yet again and ask them to cancel the return. Every single correspondence was super prompt, compassionate, and helpful. Probably some of the best customer service I have ever experienced from an online store. No "virtual assistant" or AI crap to wrestle with before getting a real person. Absolutely 1000% recommend, for customer service AND products.

I love this company
I love this company! I used them for my son during Covid when America had a formula shortage and I haven’t looked back. This formula is the best for my kids now that I just had my daughter. Any other formula that I try makes them break out in hives or constantly throwing up. The customer service is also top tier I must say! I made a boo boo and mistakenly ordered a large order on the wrong credit card and emailed them asap. They were able to correct the order and refund me right away without any hassles. I have recommended this brand to many of my friends and family welcoming newborns and will continue to advocate for this brand!! Love them 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Bad shipments
In early 2025 there were no issues but as of late shipments are incredibly unreliable. The last 3 shipments have had a mix of errors - deliveries to the wrong address, wrong address being printed on the label. The support team was not helpful and required 20+ emails to confirm the same information that they also had access to. I would not re-use this company when several others do the same work.

The product itself is exceptional
The product itself is exceptional. Not a lot of extra junk in the mix. My son is doing so well with this formula. Other formulas were causing him to spit up.
It’s very hard to find quality formula but Formuland brand is my new go to.

Ordered the formula for a vacation trip…
Ordered the formula for a vacation trip out of town. Never showed up Said delivery Monday then Thursday. Now it’s Friday night and no delivery. It will probably not get here before I leave on Sunday. Please refund the order or I will initiate a charge back for failure to deliver
