Mommy at ease
I used to order formula from Formuland for my firstborn when she was a baby, and we loved the service, the speed, honesty and easy accessiblity. Now with my second, i have run out of breast milk and have turned to Formuland yet again! They make it so easy and hassle free!

I had an issue with using a coupon code offered. I reached out to Customer Service and May worked with me to resolve my problem. I was very grateful I was able to use the coupon and I am always appreciative of excellent customer service. We love the Kendamil product for our little girl and will certainly continue to buy this product from Formuland!

Amazing Customer Service
They have a great selection of products at very competitive prices. Their customer service is top notch too! I mistakenly ordered the wrong item and noticed it not long after my order and they responded so quickly and helped me out.
What a wonderful company and will absolutely continue to order from them. We always order the EU or UK formulas and we’ve had NIGHTMARE experiences with other websites and companies that made the process stressful. VERY happy with formulaland

Formuland was my first experience with…
Formuland was my first experience with ordering formula as a FTM. They have always been consistent and customer service is 10/10. Their shipping is really fast considering I order kendamil goat from the UK.
Overall, the experience has been a breeze and their selection of formulas are great.

10/10 customer service. My order was delayed by U.S customs so I reached out to customer service about the issue. All of the responses I received were thoughtful and quick and my issue was resolved with in 24 hours.

I’m a very happy customer
I’ve had a great experience ordering formula and baby food from this company. The delivery is always fast ( which is very critical sometimes when you forget to order formula in advance). Items are always packaged very good. I’ve ordered from other websites before and got dented formula jars but never with them. And customer service is amazing. I made a typo in my address and realized it the next day. After contacting them I heard back within 20 minutes and they fixed it.

Hollé goat milk
We have always had timely and intact shipping when using formuland. Prices are comparable to other organic retailers—however they do offer great discounts here and there. When we started with formula, our baby had difficulty digesting most American made brands, so we went in search of something clean and goat milk based. Hollé has been a perfect fit for her entire infant milk journey.

Great customer service
I️ had decided to switch my baby to Holle goat milk because I️ was concerned with my baby having a cow milk allergy due to skin reactions. After jumping the gun on ordering I️ then went to the pediatrician the next day and they told me to hold off. I️ reached out to formuland to see if I️ could cancel the order because he wanted me to wait for her to be 6 months. And the formula I️ bought was only good for 0-6 so I️ couldn’t even hold on to it to use later. They got back to me within an hour and got my order cancelled. If I️ need to purchase in the future I️ definitely will be using them.

Super educated and responsive
