Ordering has always been easy super easy! I reached out at one point because I did not realize I had made 2 purchases (1 single can as a subscription and another as a bundle of 4 cans). I needed to cancel my order before the order was fulfilled but my device was having a hard time completing my request. I reached out and they responded very quickly, cancelled my order, sent a refund, and cancelled my subscription for me within minutes of sending the email. Very helpful and the formula has been a Godsend for my baby who wasn’t gaining weight and needed additional nutrition.

Very fast delivery, great product!
Very fast delivery! Tried this cereal for my 7.5 month old baby boy and he loves it! No allergic or negative reactions from him at all! So happy when purchased it came with 2 boxes. Will definitely be purchasing again when the second box runs out

Amazing customer service and super fast shipping!
The customer service has always been top notch and super quick to respond. I was on auto ship for our grandsons formula for 7 months and it was always here within 2 days of shipping. They worked with me during the transition from formula and offered me a store credit for goat milk that our little man could not tolerate. I would highly recommend them.

This company is amazing. We recently moved and my old address was automatically loaded into the shipping address and I didn't catch it until after I put my order in. I emailed hoping to be able to switch addresses and they responded lightening fast. My shipping address was changed within minutes of me realizing my mistake.
