5 stars all the way because it has been 2 years now and I am still with them. For my first baby, I inquired about hypoallergenic formula because i can't even stand the smell of the only 2 choice from my pediatrician for milk allergy. I recieved an answer promptly and I never looked back. I am very happy with this company and will recommend it to anyone who ask. I have a second baby and have continued to use formuland. I placed an order of 60 bottles, and I only received 48 bottles/ 8 boxes. Instead of 10 boxes. Huge thing to be missed! Now I'm worried last time I ordered I wasn't home and the nanny organized them on the shelf and I didn't count those boxes. Don't know if was anything missing that time too or not!! This was my second order and I don't think if I'm going to order from this company again!! I'm really disappointed. I can confirm everything as trustpilot gonna ask many questions to be sure this review is an honest review. I have no problem providing more details.

Stuck in customs for weeks
Stuck in customs for weeks. Company then tried to send me a complimentary can but sent it to a random address in Las Vegas, I live in Oklahoma. Oh and you’re dealing with AI bots for customer service.
