The customer service from Formuland is truly incredible. We’ve been ordering since my baby was born and have consistently received great pricing with the subscription and fast, reliable shipping.

Recently, a shipment was inspected by border patrol, and one can was opened while two others were dented during the process. I was really upset seeing the seal broken, knowing that can couldn’t be used. I reached out to Formuland hoping they might point me in the right direction. However, even though it wasn’t their fault, they immediately offered to refund the affected cans so I could replace them.

You just don’t see customer service like this anymore. I was genuinely surprised and so grateful, especially because formula is expensive and we go through it quickly. Thank you to this family-run business for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I will absolutely continue recommending them to friends and family.

I have been using Formuland to order HiPP formula for two of my kids and have had the best experience. When ordering a formula that has to ship internationally, customer service has to be exceptional, and Formuland delivers. I have had many one-off needs that have required help from their customer service team and each time my needs have been met promptly, professionally, and with a customer-first solution. They have also been proactive when any shipping issues have been encountered (only once, and not their fault but they still offered solutions!). I highly recommend Formuland!

My son loves this cereal. We have been using it for years. The only con is that it is a little expensive and the shipping takes a while. Just order in bulk and pay attention to how much you have left. :)

I've been a customer for several months and will continue to order my baby's formula through this company. It's always in stock, I save money with my subscription, and customer service is very responsive and super friendly whenever I have a question or a concern. Today, my subscription caught me by surprise and I didn't get the chance to use my coupon code. I emailed customer support to ask if it was too late to apply it to my order as it was already in progress and within 15 minutes I not only had a response, but also had a 10% refund headed to my bank account. 🥰 Excellent company!
