I had a flight delay over a year ago
I had a flight delay over a year ago. I still haven't received my compensation and they've disabled my account on their platform to check the status of the complaint.
Trying to get an answer from their customer support takes ages and they keep telling me the airline has approved the claim but hasn't transferred the money yet. How much longer can we wait until they actually do something about it?

For fairness purposes, after I've posted my review they have finally transferred a sum of money to my account. Shameful that I had to go through posting a one star review to get a resolution, but thank you to Adina for helping with this.

I still have not received any cash back for the almost 4 hour flight delay and because i contacted you now i cannot work with any other company. Its been almost 3 months and still nothing.
