Hello Sir/Madam, Basically I make two tickets from your company one is from “ Belfast City Airport to Birmingham Airport Airline Booking Reference Number is 2WRG3B” and one is “Belfast City Airport to Manchester Airport PNR is 2X6FY2l” .
Actually I was on time on both Tickets at Airport but the security doesn’t allow me to get in with my ARC ( application registration card ) which is issued to me by UK government. The security ask me for Proper ID LIKE Passport or Diving License etc which I don’t had.

To be honest I don’t have any idea that your company will not allow me with my ARC card, and I requested the security a lot but they don’t allow me to get in.

1. I arrived at the destination airport and I received a paper with a QR Code. So I was immediately at the right place. (I did not have to search for my self)
2. Everything to feel out was very clear and easy. Also, as I did not have immediately my boarding pass with me.

Very disappointing experience
I had a disappointing experience with my flight compensation.
While FlightHelp stated commission was 35% + VAT, an additional €50 was deducted from my compensation, allegedly as an “administrative fee” retained by the airline. However, under EU Regulation 261/2004, there is no mention of such a fee being deducted from passenger compensation. This raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness.
Moreover, communication with the company was extremely slow and difficult. Getting clear answers required multiple follow-ups, and even then, the explanations provided were incomplete.
Overall, I would advise caution when using this service and strongly recommend requesting a full breakdown of the compensation received before agreeing to their terms.
