In fase iniziale ti chiedono addirittura l’estratto conto personale per poterti accreditare il rimborso ( a cosa serve lo sanno solo loro)
Rimborso accreditato 115€ bonifico arrivato dalla Romania, il resto dei soldi se li sono tenuti.

I can't give less 1 star because they will receive -0. They will not be transparent with their fees, or how much the company owes you. Or a final desglose bill...

worst service ever. Had to file 3x my boarding passes although already mentioned previously that everything was there and after 6 months they state that we cannot get a compensation due to delay less than 3h ! It was a cancelled flight and the other one was more than 6 h delayed so we missed our connection to Lima! Don't use these guys !!
