Presso questa azienda ho presentato un reclamo per una partenza in ritardo di 11 ore . Il modulo è di semplice compilazione, forse un po' macchinoso caricare i file. Speriamo che riescano nel loro intento e vada a buon fine.

No news has been heard from flight help almost 5 months after they took up my case in October 2025 and the month is February 2026

Shocking and deeply disappointing experience.
I filed my claim in August 2025. In October 2025 I was informed that I had “lost the court case.” However, I was never provided with a case number, court name, copy of a judgment, or any official document proving that such a case even existed.
Since February 2026, I have repeatedly requested written proof of this alleged court decision. My emails are now being ignored.
Being told that you “lost a case” without any documentary evidence, followed by complete silence when you ask for proof, raises very serious concerns about transparency and honesty.
I strongly advise anyone considering this company to demand full documentation at every step.
